Abstract

捲盤搬運或回送之際,在突緣部產生傷痕或凹陷,並非可 .· 解決前述問題者。 因此,本發明者爲了解決前述課題而精心重複檢討結 果,而完成了:不僅可將這種捲盤之突緣部間的寬度保持 一定,並且能夠防止邊緣部分的傷痕或.凹陷的產生等之嶄 新的捲盤保護用的保形帶。 · 更詳細而言,此保形帶的特徵是具有與捲盤、之對向的 2片突緣部間的間隔具有相同或大致相同的寬度之帶狀體 ,在該帶狀體的兩側緣部或其附近,設有將前述2片突緣 部間的間隔保持一定之保持手段者,藉由採用如此的結構 ’能夠獲得可解決前述技術性課題之非常優良的保形帶。 即’本發明者是獲得下述見解:作爲用來防止這種捲 盤之突緣部的變形或傷痕的產生等之保形帶,採用由與捲 盤之對向的2片突緣部間的間隔具有相同或大致相同的寬 -6- (4) 1228486 度之帶狀體所構成,而在該帶狀體的兩側緣部或其附近, 設有將前述2片突緣部間的間隔保持一定之保持手段的技 術結構者,僅藉由將此保形帶沿著突緣部的周緣部捲繞, 即可迅速安裝,並且能夠將此安裝作業自動化,而變得不 需要如專利文獻1所揭不的捲盤之保形具,經由人手一個 個卡止於捲盤的窗孔。 又,本發明者獲得下述見解:此保形帶是由於沿著突 緣部捲繞者,能夠補強該突緣部的周緣部全體,其結果能 夠更進一步提高捲盤的保形性。 又,本發明者也獲得下述見解:此保形帶是由於沿著 突緣部捲繞者,由於確實地固定於該突緣部的周緣部,故 能夠防止如專利文獻1所揭示的捲盤之保形具沿著窗孔移 動或簡單脫離之問題。 且也獲得下述見解:此保形帶爲具有與捲盤之對向的 2片突緣部間的間隔具有相同或大致相同的寬度之帶狀體 ,如前所述,爲沿著突緣的周緣部而進行捲繞者,故亦可 保護該突緣部的周緣部之邊緣部分,能夠防止在此邊緣部 產生傷痕、斷裂以及凹陷,其結果可防止長條物的拉出困 難或在長條物產生傷痕等,而解決前述問題。 又,本發明者也獲得下述見解:此保形帶爲具有與捲 盤之對向的2片突緣部間的間隔具有相同或大致相同的寬 度之帶狀體,如前所述,爲沿著突緣的周緣部而進行捲繞 者,故藉由該保形帶由外界封鎖突緣全體,可防止塵埃侵 入到捲盤內,而防止捲繞於捲盤的長條物受到污損或 '污染 -7- (5) 1228486 等。 藉此,本發明者也開發出以安裝如此的保形帶爲前提 之特殊形狀的嶄新保形帶安裝用捲盤。 本發明是根據這些見解而開發完成的發明,其目的在 於:提供一種嶄新的保形帶,此保形帶是構造簡單且容易 進行對於突緣部的安裝、取下,且可謀求突緣部的保形與 保護,特別是可防止突緣部產生彎曲,而能保持該突緣部 的水平平面面度,又不僅可謀求移送時之包裝的簡單化, 且能在突緣部的周緣部之邊緣部分防止產生傷痕、裂痕以 及凹陷,並且亦可防止捲繞於捲盤之長條物的污損或污染 等。 又,本發明之目的在於:提供一種保形帶安裝用捲盤 ,此捲盤是在流通用捲盤設置用來安裝保形帶的卡止部, 藉此容易進行此保形帶的安裝來謀求突緣部的保形與保護 ,或在流通用捲盤之突緣部的外周面,設置用來在安裝保 形帶之際確保突緣面的水平平面度之朝內階差,藉此,以 安裝保形帶來謀求突緣部的保形與保護,特別是防止突緣 部產生彎曲,能夠確保、保持該突緣部的水平平面面度。 (用以解決課題之手段) 本發明爲了達到前述目的,而採用下述技術手段:一 種具備:相互相對的2片突緣部、位於這些突緣部間的心 而將此兩突緣部相互連結的滾筒部之捲盤的保護用帶,此 帶爲具有與這種捲盤之對向的2片突緣部間的間隔相同及 (6) 1228486 大致相同的寬度的帶狀體,在該帶狀體的兩側緣部或其附 近設置用來將前述對向的2片突緣部間的間隔保持〜定之 保持手段。 使用本發明的保形帶之捲盤,主要爲使用於產業用的 捲盤,也就是所謂的物流用捲盤。 又,這種捲盤是藉由對向配置的一對突緣部、配置在 這些之間且實質上形成產業用長條物的捲繞軸之滾筒部來 形成的,前述突緣部與前述滾筒部具有不同體形成、或一 體形成者,但在本發明不論其爲何種形態。 本發明的保形帶之特徵爲:具有與這種捲盤之對向的 2片突緣部間的間隔相同及大致相同的寬度的帶狀體,在 該帶狀體的兩側緣部或其附近設置用來將前述對向的2片 突緣部間的間隔保持一定之保持手段。 在此,所謂「對向的2片突緣部間的間隔」是指藉由 夾持滾筒部而對峙的2片突緣部來形成’且用來捲繞各種 長條物之空間(間隔)。 又,當將本發明的保形帶的寬度作成較此對向的2片 突緣部間的間隔極端小的寬度時,則不易將該保護帶捲繞 於突緣部的周緣部。 因此,本發明的保形帶是須要作成具有與對向的2片 突緣部間的間隔相同及大致相同的寬度的帶狀體,一般而 言,將此帶捲繞於捲盤時’該帶的兩側緣部朝突緣面的兩 外側突出1 0醒程度以下的範圍地,作成若干大之帶狀體 爲佳。 -9- (7) 1228486 即,當將本發明的保形帶作成較對向的2片突緣部間 的間隔更小的寬度之帶狀體時,則會有變得不易將該帶捲 繞於捲盤,一方面,當將作成該帶的兩側緣部朝突緣面的 再者,捲盤之「對向的2片突緣部間的間隔」是根據 捲盤的尺寸而有所不同,因此,本發明的保形帶之帶狀體 的寬度是因應該尺寸不同的捲盤而適宜地決定。 又,作爲構成本發明的保形帶之帶狀體的材料,若爲 具備能夠捲繞於突緣部的周緣部程度的柔軟性、及可保護 該突緣部的程度之機械強度者的話則不特別限制,例如紙 、布、皮革、合成樹脂或金屬等均可使用,又,亦可使用 積層由這些材料之中所選出的至少兩種以上,或以包含有 帶電防止劑等的功能性賦予劑之塗佈劑將其他已被選擇的 材料塗佈於這些材料上來調整強度、柔軟性或表面的光滑 度等者,或使用帶有帶電防止劑等的功能性物質者等。 又,本發明的保形帶是在具有如此的寬度之帶狀體設 置用來將捲盤之2片突緣部間的間隔保持一定之保持手段 -10- (8) 1228486 者。 即’本發明的保持帶是經由前述保持手段,捲繞於捲 盤的2片突緣部的外周圍而安裝於該捲盤者,藉由如此的 結構,能夠容易進行對於突緣部的安裝、取下,又能夠將 突緣部間的間隔保持一定,謀求該突緣部的保形與保護, 並且能夠謀求移送時之包裝的簡單化,並且可防止在突緣 部的周緣部之邊緣部分產生傷痕、裂痕以及凹陷等,其結 果亦可以防止捲繞於捲盤的長條物受到污損或污染等。 在此,作爲前述保持手段,若爲可將捲盤的2片突緣 部間的間隔保持一定者的話則不特別限定,但一般而言, 作爲保持手段,在帶狀體的兩側緣部或其附近形成用來插 入2片突緣部的周緣部之凹狀承受部爲佳。 這是由於在於現在一般流中的捲盤,完全未想像安裝 保形帶,即在捲盤本身並未設置有用來安裝保形帶的卡止 部等,所以在該保形帶本身,須要設置用來供2片突緣部 的周緣部插入之凹狀承受部之故。 因此,今後,本發明當然已設想,在捲盤設置有安裝 保形帶之情事爲前提的卡止部等的話,則採用對應其之保 持手段,例如採用使用磁鐵的保持手段、或對應於形成在 捲盤之卡止部等的保持手段。 但,如前所述,由於在現在一般流通的捲盤,並完全 未設想設置保形帶,故在現階段,作爲保持手段,在帶狀 體的兩側緣部或其附近形成用來插入2片突緣部的周緣部 之凹狀承受部爲最理想者。 1228486 Ο) 在此,本發明的保形帶之前述凹狀承受部是形成在帶 狀體的兩側緣部或其附近的預定位置,也就是因應捲盤之 凹)部,將此作爲凹狀承受部,或相反地藉由壓花加工來 在除了帶狀體之前述預定位置以外的部位設置山(凸)部 ’將受到該山(凸)部所夾持的山谷(凹)部作爲左右的 凹狀承受部之方法。 又,除了前述壓花加工以外,尙可舉出:在帶狀體之 前述預定位置藉由接著、熔著、溶著、嵌入或插入成型等 來固定形成與該帶狀體成形爲不同體之固定構件,將此作 爲凹狀承受部的方法。 再者’如此在將固定構件與帶狀體不同體成形的情況 於相互重疊的方向施加外力來相互卡合之形狀,設在各短 條體的其中一方的端部之卡合部是以形成在突出於該端部 面或連結方向之突出部來形成,設在另一方的端部之卡合 部是以突出於形成有供該突起突入(進入)之開孔的端部 面或細縫、或連結方向之環狀部所形成者爲適當的1個例 子。 保形帶是具有捲繞於突緣部的周緣部之柔軟性,能夠 以具備可保護突緣部的程度之機械強度的厚度薄的材料、 例如紙、布、皮革、合成樹脂或金屬等來構成。因此,設 在短條體的兩端部之卡合部亦可爲將以另外材料所形成者 固定於各兩端部,但由於藉由成形短條體(帶狀體)的端 部來一^體形成者其製造成本廉價故較佳。 更理想爲使短條體的其中一方的端部之一部分突出於 連結方向(長方向),使此突出部與連結之另一個短條體 的另一方的端部重疊,突起與該突起進入卡止的大小之開 孔的卡合獲得此重疊的部分彼此者。 例如,可舉出在其中一方的端部形成由具有開孔的環 狀體所構成的突出部,在另一方的端部形成突起。又與此 相反,亦可爲在其中一方的端部形成具有突起的突出部, 在另一方的端部面形成供該突起進入卡止的大小之開孔。 又,亦可爲菊花狀的細縫來代替開孔。 -18- (16) 1228486 更理想爲前述短條體是可藉由插入成形等之成形來製 造者,當如此構成時,能夠容易且廉價地製造。 再者,突起的高度是能夠進入至少形成在另一方的端 部之開孔或細縫而卡止該另一方的端部之高度的話即足夠 ,不需要特別提高高度。 又,突起是對於短條體的端部面朝向下或向上的任一 方向突出者即可。在此方向的差異,是由於與連結的相鄰 之短條體的端部之重疊的上下也能以改變方向(朝向)來 對應之故。 又,進一步,進行使突起的前端附近的外周面朝外側 方向突出,或在突起形成縱向之細縫等,以良好的狀態保 持卡合,或容易使突起進入開孔內等之措施爲佳。 又,在本發明,在前述各短條體的兩端部之各自2處 所形成卡合部。 如此,當在各短條體的兩端部之各自2處所設置卡合 部時,則在左右的突緣部的周緣部,捲繞有連結著各短條 體的保形帶時的姿勢穩定,即使卡合部的1處所產生脫離 ’保形帶也不會由突緣部脫離。特別是因形成不易朝左右 方向彎曲之保形帶,所以將保形帶捲繞於突緣部的外周緣 部的作業變得容易進行。 安裝有本發明的保形帶之捲盤是形成捲繞於突緣部之 長條物透視用的窗孔或代替此窗孔的孔爲一般,但在本發 明的保形帶中之未具有嵌合卡止部者,由於僅將突緣部的 周緣部插入於凹狀承受部即可,故使用本發明的保形帶之 -19- 1228486 (17) 捲盤是不論有無這些的窗孔等。 一*方面’在本發明的保形帶中之設有肷合卡止部者’ 由於該嵌合卡止不予突緣部之窗孔嵌合,故以形成捲繞於 突緣部之長條物透視用的窗孔或代替此窗孔的孔爲對象。 再者,在形成由前述凹狀承受部的「外側」突出的支 承體的情況時,將此支承體做成沿著突緣部的外側面,由 外側夾持兩突緣部即可,且在將嵌合卡止部連接於該支承 體的前端部者,使此嵌合卡止部嵌合於突緣部之窗孔即可 〇 在使用物流用捲盤,將捲繞於此之長條物移送至目的 場所,將此長條物放出使用後的空捲盤的情況時,將由凹 狀承受部突出之支承體設在該凹狀承受部的「內側」,將 在空捲盤的移送、搬運或回收等之流通階段的一對突緣部 的間隔保持一定,可防止該突緣的變形,或防止傷痕產生 ,因此,將由凹狀承受部突出的支承體形成於該凹狀承受 部的「內側」或「外側」之其中一方是因應捲盤的種類或 處理狀況等之使用者的需求來適宜地決定即可,但一般而 言,捲繞於捲盤的長條物不會與支承體接觸地形成由前述 凹狀承受部的「外側」突出的支承體爲佳,由這些的觀點 來看,期望凹狀承受部形成未設有支承體的凹狀者。 在本發明,將保形帶捲繞於捲盤之際的該帶的端部( 前端部、後端部)亦可直接在切離的狀態下放置,但由於 會有受到移送時或回送時之外壓或外力,而稍許動作則脫 離的情況,故爲了防止此產生,使用用來卡止前端部與後 -20- 1228486 (18) 端部之塞洛凡膠帶、平面狀膠帶、或夾具等之結合構件, 將該端部彼此相互結合,或固定結合於捲盤,或在前端部 與後端部之適當的位置形成缺口,將該缺口箱化嚙合而使 端部彼此相互結合爲佳。 牛寸別是在本發明’進一*步設置·將保形帶捲繞於捲盤 之際的該帶的前端部與後端部卡止的結合手段爲佳,作爲 此結合手段並未特別限定,但能夠舉出:例如藉由壓花加 工等來在該帶的長方向連續或間歇地設置凸部,藉由將該 帶的前端部與後端部之凸部的表裏重疊,來結合端部彼此 之手段等。 其次,詳細說明關於本發明的保形帶用捲盤。 在一般流通的捲盤,由於完全未想到安裝保形帶,故 當在捲盤安裝保形帶時,則形成保形帶之帶狀體的外緣部 或凹狀承受部的一部分突出於突緣面的外側。 當保形帶之帶狀體的外緣部或凹狀承受部的一部分突 出於突緣面的外側時,則捲繞有該帶之際的捲盤變高,使 得此捲盤的搬運·回送效率或存貨·保管管理變差,且突 出的帶狀體的外緣或凹狀承受部的一部分與突緣部接觸、 摩擦,而在該突緣部會有產生傷痕、傾斜或凹陷之虞。 因此’在本發明的保形帶之目的在於防止如此的問題 產生,若在將該帶捲繞於捲盤之際,在此捲盤本身設置安 裝保形帶之際的突出消失的手段的話,則能夠相乘地解決 上述問題。 因此’本發明之第一保形帶安裝用捲盤,是以安裝保 -21 - (19) 1228486 形帶爲前提者,具體而言,是具備相互對向的2片突緣部 、位於這些突緣部間的中心且將此兩突緣部相互連結的滾 筒部之捲盤,其特徵爲:在該捲盤之前述突緣部的外周緣 部,設置安裝保形帶之際,用來保持突緣面的水平平面度 之朝內階差。 在此,所謂「保持突緣面的水平平面度」是指安裝保 形帶之際,完全消除帶狀體的外緣部或凹狀承受部的一部 分朝突緣面的外側突出,或極力將該突出作小,作爲具體 的手段,可舉出:在突緣部的外周緣部連續或間歇地設置 較突緣部的厚度更薄之朝內階差,將此朝內階差插入於保 形帶之凹狀承受部,來將前述突出完全消除或極力作小。 當藉由如此結構時,則防止流通用捲盤變高,能夠進 行密著著該捲盤的狀態下之堆積,又,此捲盤的搬運·回 送效率或存庫·保管管理變好,或在流通用捲盤的搬運、 回送等之際,在突緣部不會產生傷痕、傾斜以及凹陷等。 又,如前所述,在現在一般流通之流通用捲盤,由於 完全未想到安裝保形帶’故在現階段,作爲保形帶之保持 手段,最理想爲在帶狀體的兩側緣部或其附近,形成用來 插入2片突緣部的周緣部之凹狀承受部。 但,在這種流通用捲盤,若設置以安裝保形帶爲前提 之卡止部的話,則可進一步提升保形帶的安裝性、或突緣 的保形效果等,而獲得相乘效果。 因此,在本發明之第二保形帶安裝用捲盤,是以安裝 保形帶爲前提者,具體而言,是具備相互對向的2片突緣 -22- (20) 1228486 部、位於這些突緣部間的中心且將此兩突緣部相互連結的 滾筒部之捲盤’其特徵爲:在該捲盤之前述突緣部的周緣 部設置用來安裝保形帶的卡止部。 在此’作爲刖述卡止部,若能安裝保形帶者的話並無 特別限制’但具體而言可舉出,例如在捲盤的突緣部的周 緣部形成突起或鉤,或利用磁鐵等的磁力之卡止部。 (發明效果) 本發明的保形帶是具有前述結構,可達到下述效果: 構造簡單且容易進行對於突緣部的安裝、取下者,並且可 謀求突緣部的保形與保護,特別是防止突緣部的傾斜的產 生,能夠保持該突緣部的水平平面度,又不僅可謀求移送 •搬運時之包裝的簡單化,並可防止在突緣部的周緣部之 邊緣部分產生傷痕、龜裂以及凹陷等的變形,並且能夠防 止捲繞於捲盤之長條物受到污損或污染等等。 又,在本發明之保形帶,作爲可謀求捲盤之突緣部之 保形與保護的保形帶,採用由具有與相互對向的2片突緣 部間之間隔相同或大致相同的寬度之帶狀體所構成,而在 此帶狀體設置用來將前述對向的2片突緣部間的間隔保持 一定之保持手段的構造,採用如此構造的結果’具有下述 效果:僅以將該保形帶沿著突緣部的周緣部加以捲繞即可 迅速且快速地安裝’並且亦可將此安裝作業自動化’不需 要經由人力來一個個卡止於捲盤的窗孔等。 且,在本發明的保形帶,由於爲沿著突緣部的周緣部 -23- (21) 1228486 加以捲繞者,故能夠無間隙地將該突緣部的周緣部全體加 以補強,其結果達到進一步提昇捲盤的保形性之效果等。 並且,在本發明的保形帶,由於經由保持手段’來沿 著突緣部的外周緣部來捲繞者,故可達到:確實地固定於 該突緣部的外周緣部,而可確實地防止保形帶沿著窗孔移 動、或簡單地脫離之問題等的效果。 特別是在本發明的保形帶,由於爲具有與相互對向的 2片突緣部間的間隔相同或大致相同的寬度之帶狀體,且 如前所述,爲沿著突緣部的周緣部加以捲繞者,故不僅能 保護突緣部的周緣部,並且可防止在邊緣部產生傷痕、裂 痕及凹陷等的變形產生,其結果使得能夠防止:長條物的 重複放出困難,或在重複放出之際在長條物上產生傷痕等 的弊害等之效果。 又,在本發明的保形帶,由於由於爲具有與相互對向 的2片突緣部間的間隔相同或大致相同的寬度之帶狀體, 且爲沿著突緣部的周緣部加以捲繞者,故當如此捲繞時, 突緣部內全體受到該保形帶由外界封鎖,其結果,可達到 防止塵埃侵入,而防止捲繞於捲盤的長條物受到污損或污 染等之效果。 並且,在本發明的保形帶,針對具備由凹狀承受部突 出的支承體、及連設於該支承體的前端部且與突緣部之窗 孔嵌合的嵌合卡止部之保形帶,能夠確實地固定於捲盤, 其結果,在即使受到極端強力的外力或外壓的情況,也不 會脫落的點上具有非常優良的效果。 -24- 1228486 (22) 又,在本發明的保形帶,作爲其他的保持手段’因其 結構爲具有將帶狀體的兩側緣部折彎而形成的左右之1^設 部、與在帶狀體的長方向設置一定間隔而形成於該帶狀體 的寬度方向之複數個高階差部,藉由以左右的立設部與高 階差部的兩側壁夾持相對向的2片突緣部之周緣部’來將 該2片突緣部間的間隔保持一定,所以能夠達到:構造簡 單且容易進行對於突緣部的安裝、取下,且特別是防止突 緣部的傾斜的產生,能夠保持該突緣部的水平平面度’又 不僅可謀求移送·搬運時之包裝的簡單化,並可防止在突 緣部的周緣部之邊緣部分產生傷痕、龜裂以及凹陷等的變 形,並且能夠防止捲繞於捲盤之長條物受到污損或污染等 等的效果。 並且,在本發明的帶狀體,藉由以缺口來間歇地設置 左右的立設部,能夠在保形帶確保捲繞方向的柔軟性,其 結果,可達到:保形帶變得容易捲繞於捲盤, 能儘可能地將未使用狀態的保形帶、或一旦使用後由 捲盤取下的保形帶捲小,以緊緻的形狀加以保管等之效果 〇 在本發明,可達到下述效果:將帶狀體作成藉由將複 數個短條體連結於長方向來構成的連結構造體,當以在各 短條體的其中一方端部與另一方的端部設置可相互卡合的 形狀之卡合部的連結構造體構成時,則可作成能捲繞突緣 部的外周緣之長度,又當在使用後將其回收加以再利用時 ’則能夠沿著直徑不同的突緣部的外周緣來適宜地連結短 -25- (23) 1228486 條體’或可取下相當於不要長度(長度不足)之短條體, 並且比起捲繞狀態者,可緊緻地加以保管。 在本發明可達到下述效果:前述各短條體是藉由將其 長度作成一定來保持互換性,且藉由設置前述立設部或高 階差部來確實地保持於突緣部的周緣部。 一方面’在本發明之第一保形帶安裝用捲盤,由於具 有前述結構’也就是在捲盤之突緣部的外周緣部設置用來 保持安裝有保形帶之際的突緣面的水平平面度之朝內階差 ’故可防止保形帶之凹狀承受部的外側緣部朝突緣面的外 側突出,藉此,可具有:能防止捲繞有該帶的捲盤變高, 或搬運•回送效率或存貨•保管管理變差,或突出的帶狀 體的外緣或凹狀承受部的一部分與突緣部接觸、摩擦,而 在該突緣部產生傷痕、傾斜或凹陷之效果。 又,在本發明的第二保形帶安裝用捲盤,由於具有前 述結構,也就是在捲盤設置以安裝保形帶爲前提之卡止部 ,故進一步提昇保形帶的安裝性、突緣的保形效果等,而 獲得相乘效果。 【實施方式】 以下根據圖面具體說明本發明的實施例之保形帶,但 本發明不限於此實施例。 (實施例1 ) 在本發明所指的捲盤R是主要是指產業用的捲盤,也 -26- (24) 1228486 就是所謂物流用捲盤,在第1圖顯示其一般型式的捲盤之 側面圖、第2圖顯示其側面圖。 如第1及第2圖所示的捲盤R是藉由對向配置的一對 突緣部2 ( 2a、2b與配置於此之間且實質上形成產業 用長條物的捲取軸之滾筒部〗來形成,在此捲盤R的突緣 部2 ’形成有捲繞於該捲盤r的長條物透視用窗孔2 1或 代替此窗孔2 1的孔2 1 A。 第3及第4圖是顯示本發明的實施例1的保形帶之正 面圖及斷面圖。這些各圖所示的實施例1之保形帶3是藉 由全體以合成樹脂所一體形成的帶狀體,藉由壓花加工等 ,在前述帶狀體的兩側緣部附近連續地設置凹狀承受部 4a、4b,並且在該凹狀承受部4a、4b的開口端41之邊緣 處所’如第4 ( a )圖所示,形成切成圓角的導引部42, 使得容易插入突緣部2之周緣部22 ( 22a、22b ),或代 替此’而如第4 ( b )圖所示,形成其角呈錐形狀的導引 部42。 形成在保形帶3的凹狀承受部4a、4b之開口端41的 邊緣處所的導引部42,是用來容易使插入突緣部2之周 緣部22(22a、22b)插入者,因此,形成在如第4(a) 圖所示的導引部42、42間的凹狀承受部4a、4b的各凹寬 度’及形成在弟4(b)圖所不的開口端41與導引部42 之間的凹狀承受邰4 a、4 b之各凹寬度均形成較突緣部2 的周緣的厚度更大。如此,作爲凹狀承受部4a、4b的導 引部4 2,若爲形成突緣部2之周緣部2 2容易插入的形狀 -27- (25) 1228486 者的話,則不特別限定。 再者,如第3(a) 、 (b)及第4(a) 、 (b)圖所 示的保形帶3是具有與如第2圖所示之預定使用的捲盤R 之2片突緣部2 ( 2 a、2 b )間的間隔L大致相同的寬度之 帶狀體,前述凹狀承受部4a、4b是設在因應該預定使用 的捲盤R之2片突緣部2 ( 2 a、2 b )間的間隔L的位置。 又,如此構造的保形帶3是如第5及第6圖所示,藉 由將捲盤R之突緣部2 (2a、2b)的周緣部22 ( 22a、22b )一邊分別插入於保形帶3的凹狀承受部4a、4b,一邊 將該保形帶3捲繞於突緣部2 ( 2a、2b )的外周圍來加以 安裝。 如第6圖所示,安裝於突緣部2(2a、2b)的周圍之 保形帶3的端部3 1 (前端部3 1 a、後端部3 1 b )是在切離 的狀態下直接放置,但會有受到移送時或回送時之外壓或 外力,稍許動作則脫離的情況,爲了防止此產生,而使用 黏合膠帶、平面狀膠帶、或夾具等之結合手段C,將該前 端部3 1 a與後端部3 1 b的端部彼此相互結合,或固定結合 於捲盤R ’或在前端部3 1 a與後端部3 1 b之適當的位置形 成缺口,將該缺口箱化嚙合而使端部彼此相互結合爲佳。 (實施例2 ) 其次’說明關於本發明的實施例2之保形帶3。 第7及第8圖是顯示此實施例2的保形帶3之正面圖 及斷面圖。如這些圖所示,此實施例2之保形帶3,是例 -28- 1228486 (26) 如全體以合成樹脂材料來一體形成的帶狀體,藉由壓花加 工來在除了帶狀體的兩側緣部附近的預定位置之部位設置 山(凸)部5 a、5 b,將受到此山(凸)部5 a、5 b所夾持 的山谷(凹)部作成左右凹狀承受部4 a、4 b,此凹狀承 受部4a、4b是隔著預定間隔間歇地設置於前述帶狀體的 兩側緣部附近,並且在該凹狀承受部4 a、4 b之開口端4 1 附近形成錐形狀的導引部42。 如第7及第8圖所示的實施例2之保形帶3是具有與 如第2圖所示之預定使用的捲盤R之2片突緣部2 ( 2 a、 2b )間的間隔L大致相同的寬度之帶狀體,設置山(凸) 部5 a、5 b,使得在因應該預定使用的捲盤R之2片突緣 部2 ( 2a、2b )間的間隔L的位置形成前述凹狀承受部4a 、4b,並且如第8圖所示,在實施例2的保形帶3,於凹 狀承受部4a、4b的入口的角形成錐形狀的導引部42,使 得如第2圖所示的突緣部2之周緣部2 2容易插入。 具有如此構造的實施例2之保形帶3是如第9及第 1 〇圖所示,藉由將捲盤R之突緣部2 ( 2a、2b )的周緣部 22 ( 22a、22b ) —邊分別插入於保形帶3的凹狀承受部 4a、4b,一邊將該保形帶3捲繞於突緣部2 ( 2a、2b )的 外周圍來加以安裝。 再者,實施例2之保形帶3是即使在捲繞於突緣部 2a、2b的周緣部22 ( 22a、22b )後,也會有受到移送時 或回送時之外壓或外力’稍許動作則脫離的情況產生。爲 了防止此產生,在將保形帶3安裝於突緣部2 ( 2a、2b ) -29- 1228486 (27) 的外周圍之際,藉由使該端部3 1 (前端部3 1 a、 3 1 b ) —部分重複,並且使分別存在於前端部 3 1 a 部31b前述山(凸)部5a、5b的表裏重疊,來卡 部3 1 a與後端部3 1 b。 即,在此實施例2之保形帶3 ’前述山(凸) 5b形成凹狀承受部4a、4b的同時,亦具有作爲用 保形帶3的前端部3 1 a與後端部3 1 b的結合手段之 (實施例3 ) 其次,說明關於本發明的實施例3之保形帶3 此實施例3的保形帶3是如第1 1圖所示,使 體不同體形成之固定構件7接著於該帶狀體而形成 受部4a、4b者,並且此凹狀承受部4a、4b形成未 承體的凹狀。 此固定構件7是藉由例如沖壓加工,來使全體 樹脂材料一體形成者,如第1 2圖的斜視圖所示, 帶狀體隔著預定間隔而間歇地接著,來形成本發明 帶者。 即,第1 1及第1 2圖所示的實施例3之保形帶 具有與如第2圖所示之預定使用的捲盤R之2片突 (2a、2b 花加工來隔個預定間隔間歇地設置相互嵌合的凸條8。 具有如此構造的實施例3之保形帶3是如第1 3及第 1 4圖所示,藉由一邊分別將捲盤R之突緣部2 ( 2a、2b ) 的周緣部22 ( 22a、22b )插入於保形帶3之固定構件7 的凹狀承受部4a、4b,一邊將該保形帶3捲繞於突緣部2 (2a、2b )的外周圍來加以安裝者,並且藉由安裝此固定 構件7,來使其本體內面S按壓固定捲繞於捲盤R的長條 物之外周,來防止該長條物產生鬆弛。 而即使在將此實施例3之保形帶3捲繞於捲盤R之突 緣部2(2a、2b)的周緣部22(22a、22b)後,也會有受 到移送時或回送時之外壓或外力,稍許動作則脫離的情況 。爲了防止此產生,如第14圖所示,藉由使安裝於突緣 部2 ( 2a、2b )的外周圍的該保形帶3之端部3丨(前端部 3 1 a、後端部3 1 b ) —部分重複,並且使後端部3 1 b之凸 條8的裏面凹部嵌合重疊於前端部3丨a的凸條8,來將前 端部3 1 a與後端部3 1 b卡止。 即,在此實施例3之保形帶3,前述凸條8發揮用來 將保形帶3之前端部3 1 A與後端部3 1 b卡止的結合手段 之功能。 (實施例4 ) 其次說明關於本發明的實施例4之保形帶3。 第1 5圖是顯示用於實施例4之保形帶3的固定構件 -31 - 1228486 (29) 7的斜視圖,第1 6圖是顯示安裝有此固定構件7的實施 例4之保形帶的斜視圖。 如第1 6圖所示的實施例4之保形帶3是由帶狀體和 與此帶狀體不同體型成的固定構件7所構成的,如第1 5 及第1 6圖所示,此固定構件7是具備凹狀承受部4 a、4 b 、支承體6a、6b、及嵌合卡止部61a、61b。 此固定構件7是藉由例如射出成形等,全體以合成樹 脂材料一體形成者,如第1 6圖的斜視圖所示,藉由在帶 狀體隔著預定間隔間歇地接著,來具備由凹狀承受部4a 、4b的外側朝對於前述帶狀體呈垂直方向突出的支承體 6a、6b ;及形成在該支承體的端部之爪狀的嵌合卡止部 6 1 a、6 1 b,來構成實施例4之保形帶3。 即,如第1 6圖所示的實施例4之保形帶3是在具有 與如第2圖所示之預定使用的捲盤R之2片突緣部2 ( 2a 、2b )間的間隔L大致相同的寬度之帶狀體,隔著預定間 隔間歇地接著安裝固定構件7者,此固定構件7之凹狀承 受部4a、4b是設置於因應如第2圖所示之預定使用的捲 盤R之2片突緣部2 ( 2 a、2 b )間的間隔L的位置,並且 此固定構件7的支承體6 ( 6a、6b )是形成沿著突緣部2 (2 a、2 b )的外側面,連設於此支承體6 ( 6 a、6 b )的端 部之嵌合卡止部61a、61b是如第17及第18圖所示,可 嵌合於該突緣部2 ( 2a、2b
