As far as the overall appearance is concerned, the mullet roe in the shape of a heart has a longitudinal indentation at the center of the front and rear of the heart, and the front surface and the side surface of the heart have an outer edge surrounding the heart. The beveled corners of the heart shape, and the junction of the back surface of the heart shape and the side surface has a rounded chamfer around the outer edge of the heart shape.
