【物品用途】;一種可供容置骨灰的骨灰罐之部分;【設計說明】;本設計係有關一種骨灰罐之部分設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體線條流暢別緻的意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱全部附圖所示，就整體外觀而言，大致上為一具有天使輪廓的骨灰罐外觀，且天使的背後具有一雙寬大厚實的翅膀，而翅膀上具有層次分明的羽毛，並以慈祥的面容守護骨灰罐，猶如天國派來的守護神，強而有力卻又以溫柔的姿態看守骨灰罐，用溫暖的羽翼將往生者包覆，並帶領往生者前往快樂和平的天堂。;圖式所揭露之粉紅色半透明填色部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。;綜觀上述，本創作以溫暖祥和的設計風格，並結合守護的理念，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合〔新穎性〕及〔創作性〕之設計要件，爰依專利法之規定向鈞局提呈本案設計專利申請。尚鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案設計之專利，實感德惠。[Use of article]; Part of an urn that can accommodate ashes; [Design description]; This design is related to the partial design of an urn, especially the overall smooth and unique artistic conception design as shown in the attached figure.
