【物品用途】;一種可發出光源之手電筒。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關於一種手電筒設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體具有科技感之意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱全部附圖所示，整體而言本創作呈現一長條型的圓柱體，並呈現一種前寬後窄的態樣，圓柱體中間還向內凹陷形成一種波浪狀的感覺，如同美女的腰身讓人目不轉睛，上方有一方型的開關，開關兩端處有兩組凸出的橫凸紋，後方上側處延伸出半圓形的片體，片體上還具有一橢圓形的開孔，前方有可讓光線透出的開口，開口處有一往前延伸的螺紋部，且螺紋部靠近開口的位置還有一圈凸起，下方處具有一長條狀的止滑部，止滑部上也具有一組凸出的橫條紋，使其整體有如星際大戰中的光劍握把，給人充滿特殊的科技感。;請再參閱使用狀態參考圖所示，本設計之螺紋部可連接一套筒，藉此增加其使用上的多樣性。;綜觀上述，本創作其具有科技感的風格，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合〔新穎性〕及〔設計性〕之設計要件，爰依專利法之規定向 鈞局提呈本案設計專利申請。尚 鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案設計之專利，實感德惠。【Item Usage】;A flashlight that can emit light. ;[Design Description];This design is about a flashlight design, especially the overall technological design as shown in the attached picture, so as to provide users with new visual enjoyment. ; Please refer to all the accompanying pictures.
