【物品用途】;一種用於容置物品之包裝盒。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關一種包裝盒設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體線條流暢別緻的意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱全部附圖所示，就整體外觀而言，係將一有如圓形饅頭造型的上蓋，插置於方形的盒體中固定，使上蓋側壁受盒體側壁壓迫而成平面狀，而給予人沉穩內斂之觀感，上蓋頂面則維持饅頭頂面般和緩的弧度，側壁與頂面的銜接處則為大曲率的彎弧，使上蓋同時給予人圓潤飽滿之印象。;請同參上蓋平面展開示意圖所示，為未經立體摺疊黏貼組合之基本設計。;綜觀上述，本創作以沉穩內斂、圓潤飽滿之風格，彷彿可賦予內容物品品質豐實穩定之效果，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合〔新穎性〕及〔創作性〕之設計要件，爰依專利法之規定向鈞局提呈本案設計專利申請。尚鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案設計之專利，實感德惠。[Use of items]; a packaging box used to contain items. ;[Design Description];This design is related to a packaging box design, especially the overall smooth and unique artistic conception design as shown in the attached picture, so as to provide users with new visual enjoyment. ; Please refer to all the accompanying drawings.
