【物品用途】;沙發椅背之調整。;【設計說明】;請參閱所附圖式，本設計座椅椅背之移動調整裝置包括一ㄩ型底座，於底座上設有圓柱形滑軌及滑座，於滑座上方設有一鎖固架，鎖固架頂部設有一水平鎖固板，以供椅背鎖固其上，於底座中段，設有一具複數斜齒溝構件之外觀樣態。;圖式中所揭示之虛線部分為本案不主張設計之部分。;其中之輔助圖係為將滑座推移至另一側實施狀態圖。;綜上所述，本設計整體造形具新穎特異之視覺效果及創作性，充分符合設計專利取得要件，爰依法提出設計專利申請，尚祈 鈞局暨 貴審查委員早日賜准本案專利，實感德便。

沙發椅背之調整。
請參閱所附圖式，本設計座椅椅背之移動調整裝置包括一ㄩ型底座，於底座上設有圓柱形滑軌及滑座，於滑座上方設有一鎖固架，鎖固架頂部設有一水平鎖固板，以供椅背鎖固其上，於底座中段，設有一具複數斜齒溝構件之外觀樣態。
圖式中所揭示之虛線部分為本案不主張設計之部分。
其中之輔助圖係為將滑座推移至另一側實施狀態圖。
綜上所述，本設計整體造形具新穎特異之視覺效果及創作性，充分符合設計專利取得要件，爰依法提出設計專利申請，尚祈　鈞局暨　貴審查委員早日賜准本案專利，實感德便。
