【物品用途】;一種用於量測長度的捲尺。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關於一種捲尺設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體具有堅固穩重之意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱全部附圖所示，整體而言本創作整體為一圓形的框體，下側處有接近方形的底座，且圓形框體會與前方的底座呈現一體成形的態樣，前方還有方形的扳動塊，扳動塊的上下兩側會如同火山形成往中央推擠並凸起的態樣，右側面上有一彈片、左側面中央有一個方形的孔洞，孔洞中央又可在分成兩片方形片體，使整體有如一個蝸牛殼般，給人一種堅固穩重的感受。;綜觀上述，本創作其具有堅固穩重的風格，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合〔新穎性〕及〔設計性〕之設計要件，爰依專利法之規定向鈞局提呈本案設計專利申請。尚鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案設計之專利，實感德惠。[Use of item]; A tape measure used to measure length. ;[Design Description];This design is about a tape measure design, especially the overall solid and stable artistic conception design as shown in the attached picture, so as to provide users with new visual enjoyment. ; Please refer to all the accompanying drawings.
