【物品用途】;一種用於提供擢取茶葉之茶具組。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關於一種茶具組設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體線條流暢別緻之意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱立體圖所示，整體而言其茶則與茶匙係以茶葉之設計學結合矩形體容器，以展現出茶道之柔美感覺。;請參閱茶缽之全部附圖所示，整體而言為一矩形體態樣，且於矩形體周圍形成向外曲線順勢延伸之圓弧部，使人拿取或使用時皆可完整的感受到絕佳之觸感，且上方具有一個矩形體之開口，由開口端處由上往下形成垂直壁面，展現簡單俐落之設計感。;請參閱茶則之全部附圖所示，整體而言為一近似茶葉狀體，於茶葉狀體之兩側面處乃形成向上彎折延伸之曲線部，俾使中間形成一圓弧凹槽空間，且於圓弧凹槽空間中形成有水滴狀體，以及柔美的葉脈線條，以展現出有如大地春水、活化植物之意境感受。;請參閱茶匙之全部附圖所示，整體而言為一近似較為細窄之茶葉狀體，於茶葉狀體之兩側面處乃形成向上彎折延伸一個之較為細長之曲線部，且於各曲線部中央處形成一向內凹設且較細長的圓弧凹槽空間，於此圓弧凹槽空間中具有一水滴狀體，且於水滴狀體上方形成有如同葉脈之曲線，使整體茶匙更貼近大自然。;綜觀上述，本創作其具有大自然春水之風格，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合〔新穎性〕及〔設計性〕之設計要件，且基於其在市場屬於同一類別且習慣上以成組物品同時販賣，並以國際工業設計分類而言，乃屬同一類別之物品，爰依專利法之規定向 鈞局提呈本案整組設計專利申請。尚 鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案設計之專利，實感德惠。【Item Usage】;A tea set used to provide tea leaves. ;[Design Description];This design is about a tea set design, especially the overall smooth and unique artistic conception design as shown in the attached picture, so as to provide users with new visual enjoyment. ; Please refer to the three-dimensional diagram. Overall, it is an approximately narrow tea leaf-shaped body. A relatively slender curved portion is formed on both sides of the tea leaf-shaped body, which is bent upward and extends. An inwardly concave and slender arc groove space is formed in the center of the curved portion. There is a drop-shaped body in this arc groove space, and a curve like a leaf vein is formed above the drop-shaped body, making the overall teaspoon more elegant.
