【物品用途】;一種用於提供照明的燈管(一);【設計說明】;本設計係有關一種燈管(一)設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體線條科技別緻的意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱全部附圖所示，就整體外觀而言，大致上為一呈長條狀的長方體，且上側處呈曲面態樣，並左右兩側處具有連續的凹槽，更在前後兩端處具有兩個圓形，產生如同捷運般的科技別緻視覺感受；此外於前後兩側可清楚看出上方處有個倒U型的燈殼，且倒U型開口處係往內側彎曲產生如同頭髮末端內捲的可愛少女風格。;請參閱使用狀態參考圖所示，係為本設計與夾具結合之使用態樣。另外，圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案所不主張設計之部分。;綜觀上述，本創作具有科技別緻的意境設計，且產生如同頭髮末端內捲的可愛少女風格，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合〔新穎性〕及〔創作性〕之設計要件，爰依專利法之規定向 鈞局提呈本案設計專利申請。尚 鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案設計之專利，實感得惠。[Use of article]; A lamp (1) used to provide lighting; [Design description]; This design relates to the design of a lamp (1), especially the scientific and unique artistic conception design of the overall lines as shown in the attached figure. There are two circles at the top, creating a technological and unique visual experience like the MRT; in addition, on the front and rear sides, you can clearly see an inverted U-shaped lamp housing at the top, and the inverted U-shaped opening is bent inward to create a like A cute girly style with hair curled in at the ends. ; Please refer to the reference picture of the usage status, which is the usage status of this design combined with the clamp. In addition, the dotted line parts disclosed in the drawings are parts of the design that are not advocated in this case. ; To sum up, this creation has a technologically unique artistic conception design, and produces a cute girlish style like the ends of hair curled in, resulting in a particularly novel visual experience. It fully complies with the design requirements of "novelty" and "creativity", and submits a design patent application for this case to the Bureau in accordance with the provisions of the Patent Law.
