【物品用途】;本設計係一種「飲料容器蓋體之部分」之設計專利，其係一種裝設於飲料容器上，以供啟閉該飲料容器之物品。;【設計說明】;本設計係一種造型新穎的飲料容器蓋體，該蓋體之構形係略呈圓柱狀，其頂面之中心至鄰近邊緣之位置係向上隆起一圓凸面，且於該圓凸面之中心開設有一開孔，該蓋體設有彼此相互連接之複數裝飾凸肋，而鄰近該蓋體底緣之位置則設有一裝飾環，該裝飾環係由複數個裝飾凸塊銜接組成，在該等裝飾凸肋與裝飾凸塊之整體搭配下，使得該蓋體能予人一種極具科技感的視覺感受，整體觀之，本創作透過豐富的設計元素層層疊疊、相互輝映，營造出強烈的科幻風格，造型前衛且極具視覺衝擊力，完全合乎設計專利要件。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。
