【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種容器之設計專利，尤指一種裝盛糖果，例如巧克力或食品之容器。;【設計說明】;如圖所示，基本上，本創作容器係由一瓶體及一瓶蓋鎖組成。該瓶體以透明為佳，其上方具有一管狀頸部，而底部則為一六角形瓶底，且該瓶體外周面具有若干條由頂緣延伸至底緣之弧形凸肋，使該瓶體下半部形成弧形外突，且各凸肋下方另設有向下弧形延伸之裝飾肋條；而該瓶體之頸部頂緣則結合該瓶蓋，該瓶蓋為頂面為六角形、底部則為圓環狀之蓋體，該瓶蓋外周面為上大下小之錐形，且鄰接於底緣設有一環形飾條，進而構成本創作。;整體觀之，本創作造形新穎，線條流暢，尤其是，該容器表面經由弧形凸肋的分割與裝飾肋條的修飾，而形成如同寶石一般的幾何造形分割面，以呈現出特殊的視覺風貌，使得整體表達出新穎且獨特之視覺效果，且其首先創作，在在符合設計之專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈 貴局明察，予以詳加審究，進而准予專利，實感德便。;另圖式所揭露之色彩為本案不主張之部份。圖式中所揭露之商標文字部份非本設計專利之申請標的。
