Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係用以承載發光二極體(LED),並組設於燈具內部以作為發光源。;【設計說明】;由立體圖觀之,本創作整體係為一直立之矩形結構體,一側面係凹設有一容置槽供以設置LED,該容置槽之各頂角係具圓弧修飾,而容置槽之底端向外突出有一斜塊,並於斜塊之中央設有一開槽,而本創作整體觀之如同一佇立之展示裝置。配合另一立體圖觀之,可見相對該容置槽之側則呈現一向內削減之梯形,並分別於頂側及底側設有一凹槽,梯形下方設有一內凹之三角形,並於三角形下方延伸一分為二之立足板塊,藉由此處點綴上方所呈現的連續視覺效果,且透過該二立足板塊可使本創作於組裝時整體可略為傾斜,其中該等立足板塊係為不對稱設計,更具有另種跳脫固有設計之特殊視覺效果。由前視圖觀之,整體係由多個不同大小之矩形逐一堆疊排列而成,而底側則具有另二呈分開設置且大小不等之矩形,並可見其略小於主體矩形,整體視之如一立式衣鏡,亦如同一立式燈具,以呼應本創作實際使用上之用途。由後視圖觀之,上下二凹槽為對稱設計,而與底部之立足板塊所呈現的不等視覺效果,產生具有落差之獨特視覺效果。最後由右側視圖觀之,其形狀係近似一造型恐龍玩具,頂側之梯形係為恐龍頭部,向下延續之直線部分為恐龍頸部,下方則為恐龍身體及尾巴,而傾斜之矩形則為恐龍足部,整體富有童趣並呈現有別機構之複雜視覺效果,回歸簡單之線條美感,左側視圖與右側視圖係呈對稱,故不再加以描述。其中,參考圖係為本創作安裝LED於容置槽後所呈現之態樣。;據以上所述,本創作係兼具實用性與創意性,透過創作者之;設計巧思,除了呈現簡單中帶有特別之造型美感,更於不同視角產生特異之視覺效果,實為本創作者於各方考量下集成之設計創作,乃依法提出設計專利申請。[Item Usage];This creation is used to carry light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and is assembled inside lamps as a light source.; [Design Description];From the three-dimensional image, this creation is a vertical rectangular structure. An inwardly concave triangle is provided below the trapezoid, and a footing block divided into two extends below the triangle, thereby embellishing the continuous visual effect presented above, and through the two footing blocks, the entire creation can be slightly tilted during assembly. The footing blocks are asymmetrically designed, and have another special visual effect that breaks away from the existing design. From the front view, the whole is composed of multiple rectangles of different sizes stacked one by one, and the bottom has two separate rectangles of different sizes, which are slightly smaller than the main rectangle. The whole is like a standing mirror, and also like a standing lamp, to echo the actual use of this creation. From the back view, the upper and lower grooves are designed symmetrically, and the unequal visual effects presented by the footboard at the bottom produce a unique visual effect with a drop. Finally, from the right side view, its shape is similar to a dinosaur toy. The trapezoid on the top is the dinosaur head, the straight line extending downward is the dinosaur neck, the body and tail below are the dinosaur body, and the tilted rectangle is the dinosaur foot. The whole is full of childishness and presents a complex visual effect with different mechanisms, returning to the simple beauty of lines. The left and right views are symmetrical, so I will not describe them again. Among them, the reference picture is the appearance of this creation after installing the LED in the receiving slot. According to the above, this creation is both practical and creative. Through the creator's design ingenuity, it not only presents a unique aesthetic sense in simplicity, but also produces special visual effects from different viewing angles.
