【物品用途】;本創作係為一種用以照明及提供光線之燈具。;【設計說明】;由立體圖視之，本創作係由一圓形底座、一Y形支架、二彎桿及一矩形燈罩組成，整體如同一彈弓般，該Y形支架為彈弓之主體，而二彎桿為彈弓的彈繩，燈罩則如用以包裹彈丸之皮塊，將傳統之童玩融入現代之燈具設計中，予人極富童趣之感，並利用該二彎桿之流暢造型帶出靈活與耀動之感，配合前視圖觀之，Y形支架垂直設立於該圓形底座，且該圓形底座之表面係為凸弧狀，該二彎桿自該Y形支架頂端成拋物線延伸，而兼具流線與剛直之感。由右側視圖觀之，頂側具有兩個三角形以及一矩形，配合該Y形支架頂端視之，使其呈現卡通狐狸造型，三角形處為狐狸之耳朵，Y形支架則為狐狸之尖臉特徵，係可呼應童趣之主題。最後由俯視圖觀之，可見右側之矩形中有複數條垂直線，垂直線之分布配合矩形之倒角而令其產生立體滾動的視覺效果，上下兩端分別向左延伸出漸近之二弧桿，而使其如早期農夫以肩拉動鬆土機具之感，隱含古早社會之意象。其中，關閉狀態示意圖係為本創作於收納時所呈現之態樣。;據以上所述，得知本創作之整體設計，係融合古早童玩與現代照明之構想，各視角中可見有隱含或明示之傳統表象，實為創作者力欲呈現之創意想法，目前尚未見有類似之揭露，乃依法提出設計專利申請。[Item Usage]: This creation is a lamp used for illumination and providing light. ;【Design Description】;From the three-dimensional image, this creation is composed of a circular base, a Y-shaped bracket, two curved rods and a rectangular lampshade. The whole is like a slingshot. The Y-shaped bracket is the main body of the slingshot, and the two curved rods are the slingshot rope. The lampshade is like a piece of leather used to wrap the slingshot. It integrates traditional children's toys into modern lamp design, giving people a sense of childlike fun. The smooth shape of the two curved rods brings out a sense of flexibility and brilliance. From the front view, the Y-shaped bracket is vertically set on the circular base, and the surface of the circular base is convex. The two curved rods extend from the top of the Y-shaped bracket in a parabola, which has a sense of streamline and rigidity. From the right side view, the top has two triangles and a rectangle. When viewed from the top of the Y-shaped bracket, it looks like a cartoon fox. The triangles are the ears of the fox, and the Y-shaped bracket is the pointed face of the fox, which echoes the theme of childlike fun. Finally, from the top view, it can be seen that there are multiple vertical lines in the rectangle on the right side. The distribution of the vertical lines and the chamfer of the rectangle give it a three-dimensional rolling visual effect. The upper and lower ends extend two arc rods to the left, making it look like an early farmer pulling a loosening machine with his shoulders, implying the image of an ancient society. Among them, the closed state diagram shows the appearance of this creation when it is stored. According to the above, the overall design of this creation is a fusion of the concept of ancient children's toys and modern lighting. There are implicit or explicit traditional images in each perspective, which are actually the creative ideas that the creator wants to present.
