【物品用途】;本創作為鞋底(四)，尤指一種運用於休閒鞋或運動鞋之鞋底。;【創作特點】;本創作係關於鞋底(四)之形狀及花紋新式樣創新，如立體圖、前視圖及俯視圖所示，本創作之鞋底之形狀，乃是於鞋底之環面形成凹入部，前述凹入部為自鞋尖接近於中央位置(如左及右側視圖)，向後延伸至整體之環面，且於接近於鞋跟部處，並設有橢圓形突出部(如左及右側視圖)，以襯托出整體的鞋底形狀美感設計；另本創作鞋底之花紋，則如立體圖及仰視圖，乃是於鞋底之鞋尖部以至鞋跟部均設有橫向突出之條紋，並各相鄰之條紋為一寬窄不一之狀態，即一寬一窄之交叉設置狀，並於鞋底中央設有英文字Zobr，但該英文字體並非本創作所要主張之範圍；且於前述相鄰寬窄不同之突出條紋，各突出條紋之間並設有凹紋路(如左及右側視圖)，前述各凹紋路之寬度為均等，至少非常接近均等；前述突出條紋與凹紋路均係配合鞋底之形狀輪廓而形成，如此以共同組成本創作之鞋底創新者。[Item Usage] This creation is a sole (IV), especially a sole used in casual shoes or sports shoes. [Creative Features] This creation is about the innovation of the shape and pattern of the sole (IV). As shown in the three-dimensional image, front view and top view, the shape of the sole of this creation is a concave portion formed on the annular surface of the sole. The aforementioned concave portion extends backward from the toe close to the center position (as shown in the left and right side views) to the entire annular surface, and is provided with an elliptical protrusion near the heel (as shown in the left and right side views) to highlight the overall aesthetic design of the sole shape; in addition, the pattern of the sole of this creation, as shown in the three-dimensional image and the bottom view, is formed at the toe of the sole. There are transverse protruding stripes on the heel, and the adjacent stripes are of different widths, that is, a cross arrangement of one wide and one narrow. The English word "Zobr" is set in the center of the sole, but the English font is not within the scope of this creation; and between the adjacent protruding stripes of different widths, there are concave roads (as shown in the left and right side views), and the widths of the concave roads are equal, or at least very close to equal; the protruding stripes and the concave roads are formed in accordance with the shape of the sole, thus together constituting the sole innovation of this creation.
