【物品用途】;【1】 本設計係提供一種“鞋底”，尤指一種有別於業界貫用造型之新穎設計，本設計所述鞋底主要係作為運動鞋的底部著地部位之用途者。;【設計說明】;【2】 如附圖所示，所述“鞋底”主要係包括鞋掌區、鞋跟區以及介於該鞋掌區與鞋跟區之間的足弓區所構成；其創作特點在於該鞋底的著地面與鞋底周側所設花紋的整體各部位相乘視覺效果，包括：若由立體圖及俯視圖觀之，該足弓區係具有一支撐片，以此支撐片將鞋底區隔成鞋掌區及鞋跟區，該支撐片的整體輪廓概呈” W ”形狀，支撐片前後兩側略成向鞋底周側弧彎延伸之形狀，支撐片表面則形成有凹凸飾紋；該鞋掌區設有由前側向後側扇形延伸之數塊抓地塊，各抓地塊之間並形成有弧彎放射狀造型凹紋，整體鞋掌區域通過所述抓地塊與弧彎放射狀造型凹紋係共構營造出一種仿如扇貝形狀的立體視覺美感；該鞋跟區則具有一概呈馬蹄鐵形狀的著地塊，其中間相對形成一長形凹槽部位；該鞋掌區域的弧彎放射狀造型凹紋局部並形成有往左右側延伸的岔形凹紋，且鞋掌區域與鞋跟區域設有數道異色造型條紋點綴其中；該等造型條紋以及前述岔形凹紋的延伸線條，係與鞋掌區所設抓地塊、弧彎放射狀造型凹紋等相互交錯，且在鞋底面上形成頗富流動感與豐富設計感的視覺效果與新穎美感；至於鞋底周側的花紋部份，主要包括間隔分佈且形狀大小不一的多數個目形條紋裝飾區塊、流水般的造形凹紋，且若由立體圖及前視圖觀之，鞋底周側對應人腳足弓的區域係更形成有一邊形呈凸弧狀高起造型的異質異色區塊者。本創作整體獨創花紋設計構成力與美流暢線條之視覺效果，特具豐富變化性視覺美感，極為美觀且實用，確實為一新穎、獨特之設計，據此，爰依法提出設計專利申請。 【3】 仰視圖為普通消費者於選購時或使用時不會注意的視面，故省略之。[Use of the article]; [1] This design provides a "sole", especially a novel design that is different from the commonly used shape in the industry.
