【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種「鞋底」新設計，特別是用以支撐整體鞋面、抗地面磨擦與防滑之鞋底，同時可配合鞋面整體造型設計之裝飾用，使鞋子外貌更具特色與視覺感。;【設計說明】;仰視圖於使用時係與鞋面結合，為使用時或消費者購買時不會注意的視面，故省略之。;請參閱全部附圖所示，圖式中所揭露之色彩部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。;本案主張設計之部分，請參閱各附圖所示，本創作整體略呈人體足部輪廓，由立體圖觀之，本創作之鞋底設有數道橫向之溝槽，藉由該溝槽形成數個幾何圖形之區域，各區域上並設有數個幾何圖形之突起。而前足部中央設有一道三角形之區塊，該區塊另設有數個六角形立體凹槽，於該三角形區塊兩側另設有四邊形之突起，於該突起上並設有複數個稜形線槽。又於鞋底中段設有數個正三角與倒三角突起，並於該三角區塊主體兩側均設有幾何圖型之突起，於突起處表面則設有複數個稜形凹槽。再於鞋底足跟部分設有與足部前段相同之複數個六角形凹槽區塊及突起處之稜形線槽。於前視圖觀之，其鞋底尖部略微突起，並有向上延伸部，又於鞋底與鞋面接觸結合之環邊，形成適當之小曲線。由左、右側視圖觀察，本創作之鞋底，位於鞋底掌部之厚度並稍小於鞋底跟部之厚度，且依據實用需求，形成自鞋底尖部至鞋底之跟部之厚度為由小往後漸大之形狀，讓本創作之鞋底產生更立體、更具美感之形狀設計；而足部兩側則為ㄑ形溝槽所形成之流線造型使其設計更具特色。;本創作之「鞋底」，藉由幾何圖形區域突起而建構出獨一無二之設計，產生富有變化性之視覺效果。實為一特殊且實用之新設計，故本創作實符合專利申請之要件，爰依法提出申請。[Purpose of the item]; This creation is about a new design of "shoe sole", especially a sole that is used to support the entire upper, resist ground friction and prevent slipping.
