【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用以提供駕駛人看清左右及後方來車之後視鏡，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後視鏡的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後視鏡」之新式樣。;本新式樣後視鏡，外觀主要特徵包括一個深淺相間、複色裝飾的主體，該主體由一個正面方向略呈梯形狀的淺色罩殼，和一個側面方向成三角形狀的深色基座部，彼此直交所構成。該罩殼鄰近該基座部的一側高度、深度比例相對較大，自此向另一側方向高度及深度逐漸變小、變圓，平面輪廓看起來像半橢圓形般及側視時該罩殼側面輪廓略成一梯形狀。前視時自該基座部向該罩殼方向伸設一個近乎水平的凸肋部支持在該罩殼的下部，且以此區隔呈現深、淺對比的色調，及在兩者之間藉由一個傾斜像裂縫般的界面相樞可相對旋轉；該罩殼的正面側沿其上緣修飾一個截去邊緣角隅的傾斜面，界定一個略呈梯形狀、稜角稜線分明的角脊；又，在該罩殼與凸肋部之間的一側綴飾一道像縫隙般之細長的方向燈。此外，後視時在該罩殼與凸肋部的背面側具有一個深色調的梯形狀邊框，且在此邊框的內側嵌設一個梯形狀的反射鏡等，都是聚集目光焦點所在，有別於傳統後視鏡之設計型式者。;如上述之「汽車用後視鏡」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
