Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係配置在汽車尾部之左右側面的鈑件及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種擋泥板的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後擋泥板」之新式樣。;本新式樣後擋泥板，外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型、軋型呈三維方向延展的鈑件主體。該主體的一側包含一個全高度略呈“ㄈ”字形的型框，另一側的上部則形成一個略呈梯形狀的角窗和斜背部並沒入中端部成橫向延展的鈑件中，該橫向鈑件從窗台下緣以一曲率半徑向外側鼓出並向汽車尾部(右側)方向延伸，在後端部形成一個尖凸的尾脊，且在該尾脊的端部上形成一個略呈梯形狀的切削口，以構成一個尾燈的安裝部。值得一提的是，該鈑件表面上一道上脊線水平地越過該鈑件上端高點直達該尾燈角隅，低於此脊線的部分相對凹進形成稜角稜線格外分明的角脊，此角脊逐漸向尾燈方向寬度逐漸縮減近乎緊貼著該上脊線。在該鈑件下部的右側鏤空且界定一個圓拱形的輪弧部，此輪弧部的外緣伴隨著一道圓脊及周邊鼓起的圓丘；又，一道下脊線從該鈑件下端的左側角隅向該輪弧部方向逐漸上揚且變淡，高於此下脊線的部分則相對凹進，並與上脊線之間形成另一個鼓起的圓丘，看起來顯得肌肉感十足。總而言之，展現在該主體外部上藉由洗鍊的輪廓造型、稜角稜線分明的脊線和摺線、流暢的凹凸飾面等元素都是聚集目光焦點所在。;如上述之「汽車用後擋泥板」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
