Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用於警示後方來車之後燈，及配合汽車整體造型設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後車燈的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後燈」之新式樣。;本新式樣後燈，係配置在後擋泥鈑上屬於後燈組之大的部分，並與配置在後廂蓋上之另一部分的後燈匹配成一後燈組，兩者成整體化的設計。外觀主要特徵包括一個從正面向側面方向彎曲延伸、輪廓略呈倒梯形狀的主體。該主體的一側形成一個傾斜的端部，另一側以相當大的曲率半徑幾乎截去下角隅形成一個向上揚的楔形端部，側視時輪廓宛若“蟬翼”般。本體表面上係將通常的諸如夜燈、方向燈、煞車燈及倒車燈等整合一體化的設計，且藉由不同的裝飾元素區隔成複數區域；其中，;包含一個位在本體表面上端部的梯形狀型框，其表面上以綿密的方格紋綴飾；一對細長表面以直列紋裝飾之略成刀刃狀的型框，成一上、一下配置在此梯形狀型框的下方，該對刀刃狀型框之內側上緣又各包含一個更細小之刀刃狀區域，且以方格紋綴飾區隔；又，一個表面綴飾有菱形碎花紋之細長、彎曲的邊框，沿著本體下緣並向側面方向延伸且向上揚，及在此邊框內側上緣與上述刀刃狀型框之間又包含一道更細長像柳葉般的區域，且以方格紋綴飾區隔等，都是聚集目光焦點所在，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;如上述之「汽車用後燈」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
