Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用於警示後方來車之後燈，及配合汽車整體造型設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後車燈的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後燈」之新式樣。;本新式樣後燈，係配置在後廂蓋上屬於後燈組之較小的一部分，並與另一部分配置在後擋泥鈑上的後燈匹配成一後燈組，兩者成整體化的設計。外觀主要特徵包括一個略成倒梯形狀的主體，該主體頂邊和底邊平直且近乎平行，一側邊成傾斜狀，另一側邊以一曲率半徑幾乎截去下角隅並向上揚形成一個略呈“＞”字形的端部。前視時在本體表面上藉由複數不同的裝飾元素區隔成複數區域，用來配置諸如小燈、煞車燈及倒車燈等；其中，包含一個細長表面以直列條紋裝飾之略呈梯形狀;的透明部，位於上部的中央；在其下方包含一個由複數道寬窄交互、彼此近乎平行之細長區域所構成的型框，在該複數道細長區域的表面上分別以方格紋及直列條紋交互綴飾，及在該型框的下方又包含一道更細長表面以綿密碎花紋裝飾的區域等，都是聚集目光焦點所在。;如上述之「汽車用後燈」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
