Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用以提供駕駛人看清左右及後方來車之後視鏡，同時配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後視鏡的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後視鏡」之新式樣。本新式樣後視鏡，外觀主要特徵包括一由一個狹長、正面方向略呈倒梯形狀的罩殼和一個像叉戟狀之框架所構成的主體。該罩殼融入了環保減碳的設計元素以低風阻的流線造型，在其正面側經由上下兩脊線界定一個細長的凸脊面，從此凸脊面向背面側方向形成逐漸擴大的口部，側視時該罩殼側面輪廓成梯形狀之流暢的風切面；前視時該凸脊面自罩殼前面內側略下方以一曲率半徑向背面上角隅之對角方向延伸且逐漸變細，俯視時該罩殼平面方向成半橢圓狀。該框架一端包含一水平部，並沿該罩殼底部支持著且向外側面方向延伸止於下脊線，另一端向前方延伸且形成一個銳角轉折而上揚的端部，看起來宛若叉戟般，該框架表面上修飾有多面向的銑削面，整體的輪廓邊緣角隅成稜角稜線格外分明等，都是聚集目光焦點所在，有別於傳統後視鏡之設計型式。;如上述之「汽車用後視鏡」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
