Abstract
【物品用途】本新式樣物品,係固定在汽車後部下緣,保護汽車尾部緩衝防撞用,同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種保險桿的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後保險桿」之新式樣。本新式樣後保險桿,係屬於整個後保險桿之下段部分,並與另外一個形成在左右後擋泥鈑上之上段部分共同構成一個完整的後保險桿。外觀主要特徵,包括一個輪廓略呈”凹”字形的本體,上端部具有一個呈左右拉長”U”字形的凹部位於一對向內傾斜略呈”八”字形的突出部之間,一個幾乎涵蓋整個寬度成左右拉長”U”字形的凸出部沿本體下緣往前方突出;本體下端左右端部分別向兩側面方向延伸,及一對略呈橢圓形的鏤孔定位在該U形凸出部的內側角隅。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」如附圖所示,從立體圖及前視圖觀之,本體上端約總高度1/5之上端部成往深度方向略凹進,其兩側對稱地形成一對往上方突出略呈倒梯形”狀的突出部,此突出部內側包含一個水平方向狹長像裂縫般的鏤孔,用以形成一對燈號的安裝部,於該突出部外側上角隅修飾呈柔順滑暢的圓角,及一個略呈往左右方向拉長之”U”形狀的淺凹部介於此突出部之間的中央部。本體中端約總高度3/5之中端部成往前方突出,側視時該中端部自最高點愈往下方成逐漸往深度方向愈凹進,一對橢圓形近乎矩形的鏤孔形成在此中端部的左右側,以構成一對排氣管的伸出口。本體下端約總高度1/5之下端部,形成一個幾乎涵蓋整個寬度成左右拉長略呈”U”字形的凸出部沿本體下緣往前方突出。從俯視圖觀之,本體橫斷面方向以一曲率朝兩側彎曲及延伸,看起來略呈一”U”字形輪廓;又,從側視圖觀之,本體兩端分別向側面方向延伸、對稱地形成一個約略大於總高度1/2的延伸部,上述一對位於本體上端部左右側之倒梯形狀的突出部,其外側斜邊修飾有一脊線延伸且凸出在此延伸部表面上,及該延伸部形成有一個圓弧形端部,用來與後擋泥板共同構成一個圓拱形的輪弧部,且沿此輪弧部內側修飾有一道突出、平行於圓弧形端部之脊線等。如上述「汽車用後保險桿」,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Purpose] This new style item is fixed to the lower edge of the rear of the car to protect the rear of the car from collisions and is also used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car.
