Description

本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐)541381 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (i) [Background of the invention] (Please read the precautions on the back before this page) The present invention generally relates to a dyeing machine and method for dyeing fiber ropes, and more particularly to this type of dyeing A part of a machine that forms part of a nozzle assembly used to spray dyeing solution into and into a fiber rope. A fiber rope is a piece of fiber that is compressed and twisted into a cable-like cross section. Dyeing solution or dyeing material is a water-based solution mixture formed by water and dyeing agent. Jet dyeing machines are used to dye batches of fiber ropes. The term `` jet '' refers to a device that provides some kind of power to advance the fiber rope. It is printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The same spray can also be used to spray the dyeing solution into the fiber rope. The term "dyemg" refers to the method by which dyes are introduced into the fibers of fiber ropes and introduced into the fibers. A fluid nozzle is a device that sprays fluid, especially a dyeing liquid, uniformly around the circumference of a moving fiber rope at high speed, and sprays it into the body of the fiber rope. The driving belt roll is a rotating cylindrical mouth-cage cage whose outer contact surface is composed of uniformly spaced rectangular sections which are arranged around the periphery of the cage. A fiber rope is wound around the tape roll, while an external device provides continuous rotation. A non-driven belt roll, i.e., a free roller, is a component that is rotated by the friction of a fiber rope passing over the roller. The air nozzle is a nozzle that sprays air uniformly around the circumference of a moving fiber rope at a high speed and injects air into the body of the fiber rope. Separation device is a device that causes this dye solution to be removed from the fiber rope before it reaches the drive belt roll and enters the air nozzle. A recycler is a device and / or assembly that collects unused dye liquor after it is sprayed onto a moving fiber rope. The recoverer also directs the dye solution from the separation device and directs the dye solution to a central channel. The collected dyeing solution is -4-This paper size is in accordance with Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) 541381 Α7 B7 V. Description of the invention (2) It is directed to a pump and reused. The fiber compartment is a metal container with perforations that holds dyed fiber ropes that are usually immersed in the dye liquor. The fiber chamber is a separate container that is supported away from the bottom of the main pressure cylinder block. A conventional spray dyeing machine is shown in Figs. 3 and 4, which includes a main tape roll, namely a drive tape roll 1, a nozzle 2 and a fiber chamber 3, and a fiber rope 4 is guided through or through the fiber chamber. One disadvantage of this conventional design is that the 'fibre rope 4 is suddenly lifted by the drive belt roll 1 from the fiber chamber 3 and tightened. If the winding or wrapping of the fiber rope 4 is uneven, then a higher tensile force is required to pull the fiber rope 4 out of the fiber block in the fiber chamber 3. Slip on. Because slip often occurs at higher speeds, there are speed limits for some fibers. In this conventional dyeing machine, the nozzle 2 has two purposes: the first is to provide motive force or driving force, and the second is to introduce fresh dyeing liquid onto the fiber rope 4 and into the fiber rope. However, there are situations where these requirements conflict with each other. For example, when processing soft or delicate fibers, high fluid velocities in the nozzle 2 may be harmful, but at the same time high fluid velocities are required to achieve high throughput. [Inventive Summary] Accordingly, the present invention provides a dyeing machine for dyeing fiber ropes, which includes a counter-current fluid nozzle assembly that applies dyeing liquid to the fiber ropes drawn out during use. The nozzle assembly is configured to provide a dye liquor flow that is opposite the direction of travel of the fiber rope. This paper size applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm)

Description of the invention (4) It is best that the fiber rope is at least partially made of The jet nozzle downstream of the nozzle assembly is pulled. The path of the dye liquor and the fiber rope is preferably inclined toward the horizontal plane. The method preferably further includes the step of separating the excess dye liquor from the fiber rope exiting the nozzle assembly. The method preferably further includes the steps of collecting and reusing the dye solution from the nozzle assembly. In a preferred embodiment, the dye solution is sprayed onto the fiber rope at the upper end of the nozzle assembly, and the dye solution is pushed upward while the fiber rope is driven upward by the combined action of the driving belt roll and the power of the air nozzle.下流。 Under flow. Before the fiber rope reaches the drive belt roll, the excess dye liquor is separated from the fiber rope, and an unused bulk dye liquor is discharged from the lower section of the nozzle assembly 'to be collected and reused. The dyeing machine of the present invention provides improved uniformity of dyeing, reduces friction effects and tension effects on fiber ropes, and provides an increased number of cleaner dye solutions for reuse. In the present invention, the fiber rope is only under the actual tension between the nozzle assembly and the driving belt roll, so that the submerged nozzle assembly is designed to only apply fresh dye solution to the fiber rope, and the air jet nozzle is dedicated to providing power. And the nozzle assembly of that section inclined from the top of the fiber chamber eliminates the sudden lift of the traditional design. In this type of dyeing machine, the dyeing process is facilitated because the dye solution is transferred to the inside of the fiber rope. Some important considerations are: i) maximizing the speed of the fiber rope and increasing it to increase production;)) controlling a wide range of friction The paper's meaning applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) (please First read the notes on the back t 1¾ this page) Rape --------- Order · -------. 541381 A7 B7 V. The ability to invent (5), so as not to affect the fiber Unfavorable friction or tension effects of the finished product and appearance; and iii) reducing the working volume of the dye solution. Since some chemicals must be added to the dye liquor, and the dye liquor must be heated and cooled during the dyeing process, the less the dye liquor is used, the fewer chemicals need to be added, and the more heat must be introduced less. Increasing the linear speed of the fiber rope can increase the output. This is possible due to the combined action of the air jet nozzle and the countercurrent fluid nozzle assembly. Air jets can also drive fiber ropes at much higher speeds than conventional liquefaction jets. It also reduces tension and other surface effects on the fiber rope. The fiber rope was gently pulled upward and tilted towards the fluid nozzle, a short distance from the nozzle to the drive belt roll. In conventional inkjet machines, there is a long distance between the drive belt roll and the main body of the dye solution. The use of an immersion zone provides an area where dye liquor can be introduced into the fiber rope. By providing an immersion section, the required volume of dye liquor in the main tank of the dyeing machine is reduced, and the unused cleaning dye liquor obtained from the nozzle assembly can be reused. In a conventional jet dyeing machine, the dye solution is sprayed onto a short range, where the immersion zone is turbulent and relatively short. Thanks to the invention, it is possible to provide a wider range of operating conditions to accommodate a larger range of different fabrics, and to reduce the unevenness between those areas where the dye is first dyed and those which are dyed instantaneously and those which are dyed last. To the smallest. The dyeing machine of the present invention has two particularly advantageous properties, that is, the fiber rope is continuously moved and the dye liquor is continuously circulated. In use, the dyeing machine is first loaded with hundreds of meters of fiber rope. The size of this paper applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 x 297 g) (Please read the precautions on the back page first). -------- Order -------! , Printed on behalf of the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs-8- 541381 A7 ____ B7 V. Description of the invention (6) The two ends of the cable part are joined together to form a circular cable, which is in the dyeing machine The inside is continuously circulated. The fiber rope was pulled from the fiber chamber around a free roller, led upwards through the counter-current fluid nozzle assembly around the drive belt roll, and led downwards through the air jet nozzle, and was finally drawn into the tank filled with dye. Liquid fiber chamber. The fibers rolled in the fiber chamber are slowly moved from the front to the rear of the dyeing machine, where they are pulled up again and into the counter-current fluid nozzle assembly. The dyeing machine is also equipped with a circulating pump and heat exchanger. The dye liquor coming out of the recoverer and the main tank is circulated by the pump and sent through the heat exchanger, and sent upwards to the counter-current fluid nozzle assembly. If the fiber rope comes into contact with the dye liquor only when it is in the fiber chamber, then the dyeing is more uneven and slow. The fiber on the outer surface of the fiber rope that was first contacted was exposed to the strongest dye solution. If the dye solution is allowed to dye only the outside of the fiber rope, it will take a long time to equalize the concentration in the fiber as a whole. This equilibrium is ultimately achieved by a process called migration, so that as the concentration of the dye solution decreases, the dye in the more concentrated area tends to be transferred to the dye solution and is therefore transferred to already absorbed A lower amount of dye in the fiber. Temperature is a driving force, and many dyeing materials are absorbed in the fiber molecules by it. Increasing the temperature and accelerating the dyeing process may also increase the initial unevenness, which will increase the amount of migration required to return the fiber to a level basis. The migration time is several times longer than that in a simple dyeing stage. By providing some conditions to make the dye solution be instantaneously dyed as uniformly as possible, some steps taken in this way reduce the need for migration, which is obviously Is advantageous.
