Abstract

A conveyor system comprises carriers moving along a support track, the carriers conveying loads to a desired destination. The carriers are powered by a motor track having a number of linear induction motors mounted thereon. The motor track has means to connect or couple the motors thereto, the coupling means arranged generally continuously along the motor track. With this arrangement, the motors can be placed along the motor track in any desired fashion depending, particularly on the power requirements needed for that portion of track, e.g., more motors for uphill sections of track. Motors can also be easily removed and positioned at other track locations. A controller is provided which controls the motors and the overall conveying operation. As an-alternative to linear induction motors, linear synchronous motors can be utilized to propel the carriers along a conveyance path.

Description of the Invention (1) Technical Field The present invention relates to a conveyor system using a linear motor to provide power, and more particularly to a conveyor system Each length provides a powered conveyor system, and the system can be controlled by changing the size and position of the linear motors. Conventional technology—A power mobile conveyor system includes a mobile power chain, a power track that guides and houses the power chain, and a free track that is substantially parallel to and separated from the power track. The free track supports several trailers moving along it, and each of these trailers sequentially supports a carrier useful for carrying different objects. The trailers include assemblies that extend toward the power track, and the assemblies are connected by a protrusion commonly known as iron fishing (dog) that extends from the power track to the free track to move the trailers along the free track. The orbit advances in a forward direction. The assemblies can be moved in the direction of the power track, and therefore, they can be individually or not connected to the power track at appropriate times to move or stop the trailers. These assemblies move, friction, and generate mouth sounds, which consumes these assemblies and their moving components and puts residues or pollutants in the system. Similarly, the moving components of these trailer wheel parts are worn and require maintenance and replacement. And sometimes the pollutants that are put into the transporter system need to be transported. -The power chain is usually a non-rivetted chain, including several links that need to be lubricated to minimize the friction of the chain or the link against the other link. When one of the hundreds or thousands of links in the chain breaks, the entire conveyor system will crash. The chain also tends to malfunction. The power of this paper standard is applicable to China's standard (CNS) Al specification (210 X 297, love) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) — — — — — — — · 1111-— II II — — — — — — — — — —————. 4-Imprint of Employees ’Cooperatives of Wisdom and Time Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A: ____B7____ 5. Description of Invention (2) and trailer assembly are described as a major system cost It is due to the difficulty and time consuming of replacement after wear and tear, and the lubricating oil and lubrication required for the maintenance of the power chain and trailer, and the pollutants generated by the transportation of these objects are also major factors. In addition, the worn chain will become thinner, and the power chain will tend to become slender due to age. The above problems need to be properly replaced during the maintenance of the trailer 'while changing the different power chains so that they can be transported on the conveyor line. Therefore, complex windings must be used to remove any excessive slack. Furthermore, the power key is continuous and must be moved in a ring. However, the free track may extend only a portion of the loop, so the power chain must be approximately twice the length of the power track to allow it to return to the starting point of the conveyor. Moreover, the full length of the power chain needs to include the length along the power track. The turning section and track of the power chain are included in the cost consideration of the conveyor system ', even if the power chain is not often used in the track. It is very clear that ‘I hope there is a conveyor system that can provide a control force—controlling the force’ to control the carrier in the free track. In addition, the friction and contamination of several moving components on the power chain can be reduced. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above, the present invention uses a linear motor such as a linear induction moter (LIM) or a linear synchronous motor (linear synchroonus nioter (LSM)) to make the conveyed carrier along a Support rail movement. The linear motors are arranged close to the support track, so that the trailers are pushed from one linear motor to another linear motor. The linear motors can also be used to slow down or stop the carriers with a single or conventional mechanical stopping member. The system of the present invention can easily solve the above-mentioned power demand problem by using linear motors of appropriate size and length, and setting the I motors closer in areas requiring greater power. It is used for the purpose of deceleration, or the whole segment. Compared with the conventional chain drive system, although power is not required on the downhill track section, there is still a power chain, and if a trailer moves faster than the power chain and exceeds the previous hook, blockage will occur. In several embodiments of the present invention, the linear motors are modularized and used at the same time on a motor track having a slot rail for the motors to be inserted. The slot rail is also suitable for motors of different widths and lengths. Along the entire length of the motor track, power and necessary connectors are provided so that the linear motor inserted thereon can be operated. When different or additional motors are needed, these linear motors can be quickly and easily removed, connected and returned to the track. "Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (please read the note on the back before filling out this page) Each linear motor preferably has a sensor to sense when a carrier approaches or appears6 The system also has a central controller to monitor the position of the carriers as they move throughout the system. When the carrier approaches a linear motor, the central controller will check and allow the linear motor to move the carrier, and then force to push the carrier to the next motor. These carriers can also be stopped by a suitable method or a conventional mechanical component < In a preferred embodiment ' the system includes a tug that moves along a free rail. These trailers are roughly the same as standard trailers, but instead, an & output for pushing the hooks on a power chain is replaced by a reaction plate on the top surface of each trailer. A motor supporting track is parallel to the self-made paper stabbing national solid standard (CNSM.1 specification ⑵G X 297 issued) 6 Λ7 Λ7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs __B7___ V. Description of the invention ( 4) It is set by the track and has a number of linear induction motors. When an inductor senses that a trailer is approaching one of the linear induction motors, the linear induction motor provides a power to the reaction plate to push the trailer along the road to the next linear induction motor. The second embodiment also uses a linear induction motor, where the power-driven iron hook is similar to a conventional power chain. Most of the linear induction hooks are arranged along a power track adjacent to a free track to support such trailers. Each trailer is provided with a protrusion which can be engaged with the pushing hook of the linear induction motor. When one of the sensors of the linear induction motor detects that a trailer is passing by the linear induction motor, the linear induction motor will actuate to push the iron hook to slide to the other linear induction motor, and it is connected to the protrusion of the trailer. Push it towards another linear induction motor. The pusher of the linear induction motor will then return to the starting position, waiting for the next approaching trailer. Since these linear induction motors can be controlled by a central controller, these trailers do not need a moving device to get them out of the free track connection, so it is possible to avoid friction caused by the use of moving components and in the conveyor system. Put in waste. In a third preferred embodiment, these carriers eliminate all moving elements' and use linear synchronous motors. In this embodiment, the carriers have a magnetic plate 'supported by a magnetic region generated by the swept track and moved in a forward direction. The linear synchronous motor is built in the support track so that the magnetic plates can leave the support track and move in a forward direction. It uses the reaction section of the trailer to use the magnetic force of the magnetic plates and the moving magnetic force interval. Reaction force. Description of the invention (8) The iron hook 44 should be moved between the upstream end 46 and the downstream end 48 of the motor. Referring to Fig. 6, the pushing iron hook 44 is attached to a reaction plate 50 to force the track 52 in the linear horse track housing 54 to be followed. By appropriately controlling the linear induction motor 40 in a known manner, the reaction plate 50 and the pushing hook 44 can be moved backward or forward between the upstream end 46 and the downstream end 48. The system further includes a plurality of carts 56 which are supported and move in a ring shape on a free track 58. Each cart has a projection 60 extending in the direction of the motor support guide 42. The projections 60 are relatively It is preferably individually fixed to a trailer; however, the protrusions may include a movable mechanism found on a standard trailer to engage or disengage a power chain. When it is used in the present invention, since the moving mechanism is positioned, problems caused by using a moving member can be avoided. Each linear induction motor has an inductor 62 disposed downstream of the end 46 of the linear induction motor 40. When the protrusion 60 passes through the pushing hook 44, the inductor can sense the leading end of a trailer 56. When the leading edge of the trailer 56 is sensed, a central controller decides whether to advance the trailer, and if possible, the linear induction motor is actuated to move and push the hook 44 toward the downstream end 48 to engage the protrusion 62, And push the trailer 56 along the free track. 5 and 6, the upstream end 46 of the linear induction motor 40 is positioned on the free track 58 at a greater distance than the downstream end 48. The moving iron hook 44 is held outside the track of the trailer, and when the push is needed Attach the hook to the trailer. Figure 7 shows 'the third embodiment of the present invention, which removes the trailer, and the carrier 64 uses magnetic levitation to move along a support track 66, which has a linear synchronous motor' to generate a conventional moving magnetic area.
