4484 5 6 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(1 ) 技術領域 本發明係有關具備覆蓋鍵頂之筆記型電腦等之鍵盤開 關,尤有關在開閉蓋之際下降俾收納鍵頂之鍵盤開關。 背景技術 過去已知有下降俾收納鍵頂之鍵盤開關。第7至第9 圖顯示此習知鍵盤開關,於支持多數鍵頂1 0 2之支持板 1 ◦ 7與各鍵頂1 0 2之間設有由第1連桿構件1 0 1 a 及第2連桿構件101b構成之交叉連桿101。 第1連桿構件1 0 1 a與第2連桿構件1 0 1 b分別 形成3字形1藉中間轉動支點1 0 1 c相互轉動自如連結 =如第7圖所示,第1連桿構件10 1 a在支持板107 側之一端構成樞裝於支持板1 0 7之支持突起之鉸鏈端部 1 1 0。在鍵頂1 0 2側之另一端藉由嵌合設在鍵頂 1 0 2背面之導部1 0 5構成左右移動自如並轉動自如之 移動端部111。又,第2連桿構件101b之支持板 1 0 7側之一端構成樞設於嵌合長孔之移動端部1 1 2, 鍵頂1 0 2側之另一端構成轉動自如連結於鍵頂1 0 2背 面之鉸鏈端部1 1 3。 於鍵盤1 0 2成未按壓狀態之第7圖所示待機位置, 在鍵頂1 0 2下方配置起復位彈簧作用之倒杯狀橡膠彈性 部1 1 4 1其抵接自鍵頂1 0 2之底面重設之按壓部 1 0 6下面。 倒杯狀橡膠彈性部1 1 4 一體形成於層疊在開關片 -------------裝-----:----訂---------線 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中囷國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 * 297公釐) -4 - 5 - 4484 5 6 A7 B7 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明說明(3 ) 狀態下’復位彈簧(倒杯狀橡膠彈性部)1 i 4僅退避至 避免與鍵頂1 〇 2之按壓部1 0 6相干涉之位置(收容凹 部)1 1 6 '故支持板1 〇 7與鍵頂1 〇 2之間隔無法在 倒杯狀橡膠彈性部1 1 4之自由狀態之高度以下,這是造 成薄型化界限之主因。 又’由於形成按壓部1 0 6及收容凹部1 1 6於鍵頂 1 0 2底面,故鍵頂1 〇 2大型化,鍵盤開關1 0 0全體 大型化,更且,在使復位彈簧1 1 4移動至退避位置之收 容部1 1 6方面,有必要長距離滑動,故與蓋1 1 5連動 之機構會大型,複雜化。 更且,在一體具備復位彈簧1 1 4之橡膠片1 0 4與 開關片1 0 3全體一體滑動方面,需要大的操作力。因此 ,固然亦知僅使具備復位彈簧1 1 4之橡膠片1 0 4相對 於開關片1 0 3滑動,惟有主複合開關部1 〇 3之開關部 1 0 3 a錯誤作動之虞,又爲了避免橡膠片1 0 4與開關 片1 0 3摩擦,有必要介設聚酯片等,因此’成爲高價品 4 本發明係考慮此等習知問題點而作成者’其目的在於 提供一種可在關閉蓋之際不壓縮復位彈簧而薄型化之鍵盤 開關= 其目的復在於提供一種可藉簡單構造’使復位彈簧移 動至退避位置,可用輕的操作力啓閉蓋之鍵盤開關。 發明槪要 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) -6 - -----r---訂--------1 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 44845 6 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(12) 轉之圓柱凸輪2 5 ,自內側將滑件2 6之從動件2 6 a遊 嵌於穿設在圓柱凸輪2 5之筒狀凸輪槽2 5 a。金屬薄板 成逆L字狀形成之滑動角件2 7黏合於滑件2 6,挾持, 固定開關片3之圖中上側及左側之邊緣於沿此滑動角件 2 7內側折曲之槽溝內,使撓性開關片3與滑動角件一起 滑動。結果|蓋2 9 —藉由啓閉操作旋轉,滑件2 6即前 後(圓中左右)進行往復直線運動,開關片3與滑件2 6 —起前後滑動。 以下說明如此配置之鍵盤開關1之動作。 第1圖顯示開啓蓋2 9,未施加按壓力於鍵頂2之待 機位置’顯示鍵開關之輸入操作處於待機之狀態。 於此待機位置,板彈簧片2 4之抵接部2 4 a彈性接 圓盤簧4 1向上升起外側連桿8 =結果,鍵頂2藉交叉連 桿1 3支持於最高位置。 一按壓鍵頂2 ,鍵頂2即一面藉交叉連桿1 3保持水 平狀態,一面下降。如第2圖所示,板彈簧片2 4之抵接 部2 4 a按壓,彎曲圓盤簧4。藉由此圓盤簧4之彎曲, 主複合開關部3 a之活動接點接觸固定接點,開關部導通 作動。 一解除鍵頂2之按壓,圓盤簧4即藉由本身彈性回復 ,開關部斷開。又,交叉連桿1 3對待回復之板彈簧片 2 4施加勢能,將其拉起,使鍵頂2回復至第1圖之待機 位置。 爲收容此鍵盤開關1於機殼1 4內,一進行關閉蓋 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格mo X 297公釐) -15 - ----------III ----^----訂--------- (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) “48456 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(13) 2 9之操作,即藉由蓋2 9之關閉旋轉,與滑件2 6 —起 向左移動之開關片3自第5圖中虛線所示待機位置,滑動 至實線所示最左側之退避位置。 此時,由於開關片3相ϊΐ於安裝在支持板1 8之交叉 連桿1 3向左移動’故嵌合孔1 6之後側緣1 6 a抵接從 動爪片1 5,使內側連桿7之腕部7 a如第3圖,以滑動 突起7 c爲中心,順時鐘旋轉。結果,交叉連桿1 3沈落 ,鍵頂2下降,可使以蓋2 9覆蓋鍵頂2之機殼1 4全體 薄型化。 於第3圖之退避位置,板彈簧片2 4之抵接部2 4 a 收容於開關片3之退避孔1 7內。結果,可在板彈簧片 2 4大致自由狀態下將其收容於機殼1 4內,由於並非保 持彈性變形收容板彈簧片2 4,故不會發生疲勞或塑性變 形。 又,由於抵接板彈簧片2 4之抵接部之圓盤彈簧4及 主複合開P部3 a藉由開關片3朝左側滑動,退避於左側 ,故開關部不會因鍵頂2下降而發生錯誤動作。 由於使用鍵盤開關1 ,故一開啓蓋2 9 |滑件2 6及 開關片3即自第5圖中實線所示退避位置向在朝虛線所示 待機位置滑動。 結果,抵接從動爪片1 5之嵌合孔1 6之後側緣 1 6 a向右後退,解除對從動爪片1 5之拘束。同時,藉 由開關片3滑動,故彈簧片2 4之自由端脫離退避孔1 7 ,抵接部2 4 a彈性接觸於開關片3上。結果,藉由板彈 本紙張尺度適用t國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 x 297公釐) -16 - ------------- ----r----^ --------- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工湞費合作社印製 4484 5 6 A7 B7 五、發明說明(14) 簧片2 4之彈性’升起交叉連桿1 3 ’鍵頂2回復至待機 位置。又,藉由開關片3滑動,圓盤彈簧4及主複合開關 部3 a回到板彈簧片2 4之抵接部2 4 a下側’鍵開關 1 0全體回復至第1圖之待機位置。 本發明不限於上述實施形態’可作種種變更’例如, 固然藉由蓋之啓閉操作移動開關片1 3 ’惟’亦可相對於 開關片,移動支持扳1 8。 又,使鍵頂2復位之板彈簧片2 4固然兼作全開關部 作動之致動器,惟,亦可在起復位彈簧作用之板彈簧片 2 4外,別設按壓開關部於鍵頂2或交叉連桿1 3之啓動 cm 益。 又,上述實施形態固然使用爲了維持主複合開關部 3 a之導通動作而反轉之圓盤彈簧4,惟其不必設於開關 部。 更且,上述實施形態固然使用圓柱凸輪2 5及從動器 2 6來作爲與蓋之啓閉操作連動而使開關片滑動之連動機 構,惟亦可使用採斜齒輪等之其他連動機構a 如以上說明,根據本發明,在收容鍵頂2於機殼1 4 內之際,可使復位彈簧2 4在接近自由狀態下,退避至鍵 頂2下方,可延長鍵開關之壽命。 又,由於鍵盤開關收納於機殼1 4時,並未設置特別 複雜構造,可利用滑動之開關片3或支持板1 8,使鍵頂 2成下降狀態,故不會干涉關閉鍵頂2之蓋2 9,配置於 蓋2 9背側之液晶顯示器既不會破損|反而藉蓋2 9使鍵 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) -17 -
