M432094 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 -種以線性雷射做指標的—維條碼讀取器,本創作 尤指以-線性雷射光束準確對準條碼,而_讀取光源則 對條碼進行榻取動作,且兩光源採自動切換式動作的以 線性雷射做指標的一維條碼讀取器。 【先前技術】
-維條碼’係由數個寬度相異的黑條或空白所組 成,黑條與空白之間係按一編碼規則所排%,以記载一 資訊,透過掃描操取與解碼即可取得條碼所記載的資 訊,上述掃描揭取係由-條碼讀取器以自身所產生的掃 描光源,投射於條碼上,而黑條與空白兩者對光的反射 率相異,條碼讀取n操取經條碼所反射的光源,將其解 碼便可得條碼所記載H m取資訊時,條碼 讀取器需與所欲讀取之條碼,準销齊,錢檢測光源 能完整投射於條碼之上,進而得以完整擷取條碼資訊, 但習知條碼掃描n細發光二極體之光源進行條碼讀取 時,因其所產生的光帶較粗,㈣人為时使條碼讀取 器與條碼之間產生失準’而有時無法順_取條碼,例 如,條碼高度較低的條碼.,故,若能針對上述實施方式 及其結構進行μ,必缺善上料題,達職佳的實 施方式,此外,現有條碼讀㈣雷射做為檢測 光源1準確類取條碼資訊,但運用雷射,需於條碼讀 3 M432094 取器中建構一機械擺盪結構,又或是以透明圓柱或波浪 板,將雷射折射成一雷射光束瞄準條碼,其中,先以機 械擺盪結構進行說明,機械擺盪結構於實施時,需來回 擺盪以做掃描,即受限於機械擺盪結構的掃描速度,致 使讀取條碼時間拉長,又,機械擺盪結構易因些微的碰 撞’產生損毀,而以透明圓柱或波浪板的實施方式,則 容易在折射作用後,使雷射光束產生不均勻的雷射光 線,此不均勻的雷射光線無法正確讀取條碼,再者,以 雷射做掃描源,其光點必須.很強,才可用於讀取條碼之 上,但光點過強易傷人眼,且部份色系之條碼無法準確 讀取。 【新型内容】
^有鑒上述問題,本創作人係依多年來從事相關產生 叹°十之經驗,針對現有擺盈式雷射條碼讀取器結構及檢 :方式,進行相關的分析及研究,期能設計出符合上述 #求的結構’緣此’本創作主要目的在於提供—種可產 生讀取位置提示’以確保條碼資訊擷取完整的以線性雷 射做指標的一維條碼讀取器。 一·",達上述目的’本創作所稱之以線性雷射做指標的 条碼项取器’主要係藉—非擺盪式雷射模組產生一 =雷射光束’透過線性雷射光束確定與一待讀條碼之 位準關係,讀取位置確認後,非擺盛式#射模組自 4 M432094 動關閉,並立即自動轉由一發光二極體光源模組產生— 。貝取光源,以進行後續讀取動作,如此,即可改進目前 雷射條碼讀取器的缺點,藉線性雷射光束的視覺提示, 增加條碼讀取時的準確性,且兩光源模組交互作動的實 施方式,更可降低耗能。 以上關於本創作内容之說明及以下之實施方式之 說明’係用以示範與解釋本創作之精神與原理,並且提 供本新型之專利範圍更進一步解釋。 【實施方式】 請參閱「第1圖」’圖中所示係為本創作之構件示意 圖,如圖,本創作所稱的以線性雷射做指標的一維條碼 讀取器1〇,主要具有一電性載板1〇1、一非擺盡式雷射 模組102、一發光二極體光源模組103、一光通道模組104 及一光訊號感應模組105’其中,電性載板1〇1上佈設有 電f生線路,分別電性連接相關電性零組件,而上述構件 分別佈設於電性載板101之上,又,非擺盪式雷射模組 102的投射端係組設有一第一透鏡1〇21,其外觀略成圓 柱狀或表徵成形為波浪狀,藉以使通過的光源產生線狀 聚焦,又,發光二極體光源模組103於投射端組設有一 第二透鏡1031,以將發光二極體光源模組1〇3所投射之 光源聚焦,又,光通道模組1〇4係可接收外界所投射或 所反射之光源,其組設位置係如第一圖所示,但並不以 5 M432094 此為限,另,光通道模組l〇4更可藉組設一反射構件, 將光源反射至其通道之中,又,光通道模組1〇4末端則 與光訊號感應模組1 〇5連結,以將光通道模組丨〇4所接 收之光線,經光電轉換,轉換成一電子資訊,另,圖中 所繪之光訊號感應模組1 〇 5,具有一反射結構,但實際實 施時,並不以此為限,可依現實情況進行適度改變,此 外,上述非擺盪式雷射模組1 〇 2係以一雷射作為光源, 而發光二極體光源模組1 〇 3則可具有一種以上的波長, 例如紅色 '綠色等又或是多個顏色混合而成,以因應不 同用途。 請參閱「第2圖」,圖中所示係為本創作之電性組成 示意圖,並請搭配「第1圖」,除上述構件之外,電性載 板101上電性佈設有一微控制處理模組1〇6,如圖,微控 制處理模組1 06分別與非擺盪式雷射光源模組丨〇2、發光 二極體光源模組103及光訊號感應模組1 〇5電性連結, 其中’微控制處理模組106作動後,常態接收光訊號感 應模組105所傳遞的位準確認訊號D1,並進一步針對位 準確認訊號D1,驅動兩光源模組(1 〇2、1 〇3)產生作動或 停止作動,而微控制處理模組1〇6除上述實施方式之外, 更接收光訊號感應模組105作動後所產生的一轉碼資訊 D2,以將轉碼資訊D2資訊傳遞至外部電子裝置,再者, 本實施例係以光訊號感應模組1 〇5產生位準確認訊號di 進行舉例,但並不以此為限,亦可藉由一外部感應元件 6 產生相同功效。 請同時參閱「第2圖」至「第4圖」,其中,「第3 圖」係為本創作之實施流程圖,「第4圖」則為本創作之 實施示意圖(一),如圖,本創作所稱之以線性雷射做指 標的一維條碼讀取器1〇,其作動流程係如下所述: (1) 指標產生21 :實施初始,微控制處理模組1〇6 傳遞一作動資訊D3,驅使非擺盪式雷射模組1〇2 作動’而其所投射的雷射光源,經第一透鏡1021 作用形成一線性雷射光束L1 ’而線性雷射光 東L1不用於掃描讀取上,其供使用者,藉其顯 著指示快速得知當下所對之掃描位置,而得以快 速對準一待讀取的條碼B ; (2) 讀取位置判斷22 :承上述,線性雷射光束u投 射的同時’光訊號感應模組105常態偵測線性雷 射光束L1投射物體時所產生的一反射光源L2, 當光訊號感應模組105判斷反射光源L2未產生 變化’例如狀似條碼資訊的光學反射,本創作則 埒續進行指標產生21步驟,直到光訊號感應模 組· 105偵測到變化; (3) 標示彳τ止23 :承上’當線性雷射光束L1投射到 條碼B時’光訊號感應模組105偵測到變化,隨 即傳遞位準確認資訊D1至微控制處理模組 106 ’微控制處理模組106於接收同時,再次傳 瑋作動資訊D3至非擺盪式雷射模組102,驅使 非擺盈式雷射模組10 2停止作動; (4) 產生讀取光源24·請參閱「第5圖」,圖中所示 係為本創作之實施不忍圖(二),承上述,微控制 處理模組10 6除使非擺盈式雷射模組1 〇 2停止作 動’同一時間,微控制處理模組1 〇 6傳遞另一作 動資訊D4,驅使發光二極體光源模組1〇3作動, 發光一極體光源模組10 3作動後,其所產生之光 源經第二透鏡1031作用,形成一讀取光源[3, I讀取光源L3係完整投射於條碼b之上; (5) 讀取條碼資訊25 :承上,讀取光源L3投射至條 碼B時’隨即因條碼B的黑條及空白的光反射率 不同’產生有一條碼反射光源L4,條碼反射光 源L4則反射至光通道模組1 之中,如此一來, 條碼反射光源L4便經光通道模組1〇4投射於光 訊號感應模組1 〇 5之上,進而得以光電轉換,得 到條碼β上所記載之資訊。 另上述實施例中,非擺盪式雷射模組丨〇2與發光 二極體光源模組103未產生同步作動,但本創作係可透 過微控制處理模組1 〇6強制兩光源模組(丨〇2、1 〇3)同時 作動。 综上所述,本創作所稱之以線性雷射做指標的一維 條碼璜取器,實施時,預先藉由一非擺盪式雷射模組產 M432094 生線性雷射光束,供使用者可藉線性雷射光束痛定與 條碼之間的位準關係,當一光訊號感應模組禮認讀取 位置後’―微控制處理模組驅使非擺盪式雷射模組立即 :止作動,轉由一發光二極體模組產生一讀取光源,進 行條碼資訊讀取的動作,以避免條碼讀取時的位準問 題’據此’本創作據以實施後,確實可提供—種可產生
