Abstract
This invention is an addition patent application to the ROC (Taiwan) patent application No. 86109645, entitled ""Heat transfer printing process for roll type metal sheet"". In this invention, the metal sheet to be transfer-printed is guided through a plurality of guiding idle rollers, and automatically guided between an active heat transfer printing roller provided with an electrical heating tube at its inner rim and a revolving urging belt, so as to be clamped between and driven forwards along with the transfer printing paper. The revolving urging belt is supported by an adjustable roller controlled by a hydraulic (or pneumatic) cylinder, and two idle rollers next to opposing sides of the heat transfer printing roller, that the adjustable roller and the two idle rollers are arranged to a tri-angular configuration. The hydraulic cylinder controls the adjustable roller to adjust tightness between the revolving urging belt and the heat transfer printing roller, such that the heat transfer printing process is performed under the optimum tightness condition between the metal sheet to be transfer-printed and the transfer printing paper, thereby obtaining better hear transfer printing quality and increasing the speed.
