Abstract

A pile fabric which comprises a ground portion comprising wefts and warps of non-twisted or interlaced polyester filaments having a torque of zero or as low as 100 T/m or less disposed in a flat form. This fabric is free from the feeling of the thickness of the ground as experienced in the use of the conventional spun yarns, has excellent formability and sewability, and enables a small pile length (less than 1.5 mm). Specifying the thickness of the constituent filament and the yarn form for pile yarns can realize a variety of pile fabrics like velvet, amunzen, astrakhan, or suede.

B7 五、發明說明(1 ) 發明之領域: 本發明與一種縫製性及成型性優良、且輕量具柔軟性 之毛絨織物有關。更詳言之、本發明係與有用於車輛內裝 、室內裝飾等外衣及女褲(Slacks )之薄毛絨織物、尤與 短毛織物有關。 發明之背景: 用於車輛內裝、室內裝飾等之短毛絨織(Moquette ) 所代表之毛絨織物製作如下。先由2組地經紗與地緯紗, 織成2片地組織,毛絨絲往復其間做爲接結經紗接結2片 織物。然後在織機上以刀切斷2片地組織間之毛絨絲, 獲毛絨面相對之2片短毛織物。 先前 '車輛內裝用短毛織物之毛絨絲用尼龍機紡紗, 惟因從高耐光性之需求,減低原紗價格之面,聚酯之替代 需求增高,如日本特開眧6 3_2 5 6 7 48號公報、特 開平6 — 1 0274號公報及特開平8— 1 20542號 公報所見,提出聚酯毛絨絲之斷面形狀、用紗有關各種提 案。 而聚酯毛絨織物之地紗、即地經紗、地緯紗,傳統上 使用聚酯(T ) /人造絲(R )混機紡紗(以下稱T / R 紡紗)之雙紗。 將此雙紗配於基料之聚酯短毛織物因強度大,加上含 有人造絲致不施不易燃(難燃)處理亦符合不易燃規格, 故先前幾乎沒有關於地紗之提案。即關於短毛地紗之提案 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) -4- f. -----..------------- (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 4 2 6 7 6 3 a?
