Abstract

The anti-fraud sealilng device (1) for a receptacle (2) with a neck (3) comprises the following elements: (a) a headed stopper (4) comprising a head (40) and a cylindrical skirt (41); (b) a rigid sleeve (5) comprising an upper flange (50), a cylindrical portion (51) which is coaxial with said cylindrical skirt (41) and which can interlocked with the internal surface of said neck (3) by means of fixation; (c) a seal (7) which is interlocked with said device before the first opening of said receptacle by virtue of retention means and which is separated from said device on the first opening of said receptacle by virtue of separation means.
