Abstract

The present invention provides a kind of unit pendulous engine with V-belt cooling structure which can solve the problem of conventional V-belt cooling structure in unit pendulous engine, such as preventing the mud and water seeping into the transmission box during riding in the rain. The disclosed unit pendulous engine with V-belt cooling structure in which the unit pendulous engine comprises an united transmission box (14) built in with V-belt power transmission device (13) and the crank box of the engine that configuring a cooling air conducting means (35) on the above-mentioned transmission box (14); and, configuring cooling air venting means (90) at the rear side of the cooling air conducting means (35) of transmission box (14); and, configuring the cooling air venting means as a conduit extending along the up and down direction; and making the outlet (92b) opened downwardly and the inlet (91a) and the outlet (92b) are composed in separated positions.

407114 at Β7 五、發明説明(/ ) [發明之詳細說明] [發明所屬之技術範疇] 本發明係有關一種單元擺動式引擎上之V皮帶冷卻構 造之改良。 [習知之技術] 以往,速克達型等之機車上所使用之將引擎、內藏有V 皮帶傳動裝置的傳動箱與安裝於此傳動箱後部之1個或2 個的後輪予以一體化所成之動力單元,其實行有藉由將V皮 帶傳動裝置予以冷卻,以提高動力傳達用之V皮帶之耐久性 之處理。 作爲上述V皮帶傳動裝置之冷卻方法,例如有於傳動 箱內設置冷卻風導入手段與冷卻風排氣手段,其係將外氣導 入傳動箱內,而將傳動箱內之氣氛之溫度予以降低之方法β [發明欲解決之課題] 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印裝 !-'- I I »11— .....
