Abstract

A combined-type mold for injection molding includes a first mold, a second mold and a third mold. The first mold has a tapering outer side surface and a mold surface for forming one side surface of a molded product in the form of a rotary member. The second mold has at one side a tapering recess inner side surface for fitting contact with the outer side surface of the first mold and at the other side facing away from that side a tapering outer side surface and further a mold portion for forming a peripheral portion of the rotary member extending from the one side surface of the rotary member. The third mold which has a tapering recess inner side surface for fitting contact with the outer side surface of the second mold and a mold surface for forming the other side surface of the rotary member. The first and second molds are combined together, and likewise for the second and third molds. At this time, the position and posture relations between the molds are determined by the fitting contact between each of the outer side surface and the corresponding inner side surface.
