Abstract

A kind of motor/pump which comprises a main body that the sealed two ends and in between formed a recession. The rotor in almost hollow body is circling in the recession and around the rotating axis which is parallel but offset from the longitudinal axis of the recession. There are a plurality of blades mounted on the rotor which can take radial movement relative to the rotating axis. The blades, rotor and main body are mounted in neighbor and form an approximately sealed chamber between the neighbored blades, inner surface of the main body and the outer rim surface of the rotor body. There are the first port and the second port in the main body which should be installed in different chamber. There is a cut bushing in the rotor which is to put outwardly along the radial direction from the rotating axis.
