Abstract

Disclosed is a device for the discontinuous dosed application of granular material from a storage container having a funnel-shaped outflow and adjacent outlet opening, characterised in that a channel bifurcation is arranged behind the outlet opening, whereby the fork branch adjoining the outlet opening serves as outflow channel which leads at an angle < 90 degree into the second fork branch, the section of which pointing in extension of the outflow channel is sealed and takes the form of a dosing vessel which is closed on one side, whereas the section leading away in the opposite direction from the mouth of the outflow channel takes the form of a pouring channel with open outlet opening and in that a tilting, swivelling or rotary movement is thereby capable of being executed.
