Abstract

The present invention refers to a container (1) having an elastically deformable body (2) and a neck (3), including a chamber (7) connected to both the inner portion of said container and a neck (3) discharging aperture by means of passages (8 and 9), which are dimensioned, configured and placed so as to prevent the product accidental spillage, even if the container is in a horizontal position. At least one of the passages (8 and 9) can have a lenticular-shaped transversal section, which is initially collapsed but having a variable geometry between a non-deformed configuration when it is closed, and a non-deformed configuration when it is opened, which allows the product to outwardly flow when the container is purposely squeezed by the user. While the container is released, the transversal section is shaped back to its almost closed initial configuration.
