Abstract

A dispenser (1), for the delivery of individual tablets (2), has a container (4) which pivots within its housing (3) in relation to it. In the closed position, the dispensing opening (6) of the container is offset from the outlet opening of the housing by at least part of its swing path or by the whole of the closing movement swing path. A barrier (9) at the inner side of the housing is over the outlet opening which is not moved by the swing movement of the container and its channel (7) but slides through a swing action on the lowest tablet and over the next highest tablet in the outlet route.
