An airconditioner controlling device used in controllers of air conditioners having sine-line wave inverter for switching signals obtained by comparison of modulation waves and carrier waves, and refrigeration cycle formed by compressor driven rotatably by the sine-line wave out from said inverter circuit, corresponding to said modulation wave in the airconditioner's load conditioning. When the voltage of the power supply fed to said inverter circuit remains over rated voltage by the first rated value, at a preset time, compensation and correction making the oscillation of said modulation wave be reduced shall be conducted and when said voltage remains under the rated voltage by the second preset value, at a preset time, compensation and correction making the oscillation of said modulation wave increase shall be conducted and, said preset time would extend along with the increase of the difference between said voltage and the rated voltage.
