Abstract

The paper towel dispensing apparatus is characterised in that it comprises a device enabling the paper strip from the reel to be dispensed in two different ways: either by letting the paper strip hang down from the apparatus after each drum rotation cycle, or by preventing the paper strip from hanging down from the apparatus after each drum rotation cycle by requiring the additional intervention of the user acting on the mechanisms of the device, said device acting as a position selector means with a passive or active action on the drum.
