Abstract

ping material dispenser apparatus including a device enabling the paper strip from a reel to be dispensed in either of two modes, i.e. a first mode in which the paper strip is let out of the apparatus after every rotation cycle of a drum (4), and a second mode in which the paper strip is prevented from exiting the apparatus after every rotation cycle of the drum (4) until the user operates the mechanisms of the device, whereby said device acts as a position selecting means actively or passively engaging the drum (4).
