Abstract
A method of producing a local 3-D label and product thereof, the method comprising the following steps: (a) printing ink: printing a desired ink pattern or text on a substrate paper the bottom of which haven been coated with an adhesive; (b) coating a barrier polymerization layer: coating a barrier polymerization layer on the outer periphery of the ink on the substrate paper; the barrier polymerization layer being a silicone release agent or a UV silicone release agent; (c) cutting and forming: cutting the substrate paper coated with ink and the barrier polymerization layer into a desired shape; (d) pouring a polyester resin: pouring an appropriate amount of polyester resin into the ring of barrier polymerization layer; (e) forming a product: after solidification of the polyester resin, forming a 3-D transparent outer layer on the substrate paper.
