A house unit assembly comprising: a three dimensional first frame structure installed with a frame and a plurality of front faces including a first front face for connecting to another structure; a three dimensional second frame structure installed with a frame and a plurality of front faces including a second front face for connecting to the first front face of the first frame structure; a door wall plate connected to the first frame structure so that the wall plate can be removed from the inside of the first frame structure without damaging the first front face, and which includes a door as an inlet to the second frame structure; and a wall aperture plate connected to the second frame structure so that the wall plate can be removed from the inside of the second frame structure without damaging the second front face, and which includes an aperture installed at a position which corresponds to the door in the door wall plate.
