Abstract
An improved process of vacuum encapsulation, which comprises: (1) preparing an article for vacuum encapsulation; (2) preparing a metal pipe; (3) preparing a glass mixture paste; (4) preparing a clamp means; (5) preparing a heating means; (7) constructing a through hole or a space, the through hole or space communicating with the outside and the interior of the article; (8) implanting the metal pipe into the through hole or space while reserving a portion of the metal pipe on the outside of the article; (9) filling and covering the interface between the metal pipe and the article with the glass mixture paste; (10) using the heating means to heat the metal pipe and the article so that the softened glass mixture paste seals the interface between the metal pipe and the article; (11) cooling the metal pipe and the article to room temperature; (12) vacuuming the article through the metal pipe; (13) deforming and melting the portion of the metal pipe on the outside of the article by the clamping means, and forming a hermetically vacuum cold molten portion.
