A sort of color liquid crystal display device, having: the first substrate, with a plurality of first electrodes; the second substrate, disposed facing the first substrate, having, on the face facing the first substrate, at least 1second electrode opposite to the first electrode; a plurality of fluorescent layers, disposed the pigment areas disposed to the plurality of electrodes as defined; reflector, disposed on the other side of the incident light of the fluorescent layer, forming the corresponding fluorescent light layers, for reflection of the light reflected to the fluorescent layers; and liquid crystal material, making the binary colrant and the spiral property be sealed in rotation at between the first and the second substrate.
