318139 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明(() 經濟部中央梂準局男工消費合作社印装 査一般鞋面(如:鞋舌、鞋領……等)均於包裝層( 布或皮)内部襯置一具有彈性的發泡體(如海棉、泡棉等 等),Μ期產生一穿著舒適的彈性及吸震效能,但實質上 ,以襯置發泡體而言,發泡體本身彈性有限,且彈性數值 亦受到發泡體本身厚度多寡的影響,所以在有限的厚度設 計要求下(鞋面配件之厚度均不宜過厚),厚度有限的發 泡體在媛衝吸震能力效益上,亦受到先天的限制,也因此 一般所見的鞋面緩衝吸震·能力均不理想,對於腳部的保護 亦不盡理想,在安全及舒適之效用上,亦難Κ符合實際使 用的要求。因此,如何設計出一種厚度薄,但媛衝彈性佳 、吸震效果優異之鞋面襯墊,則為本案之所Μ研發設計的 重點所在。 而以充氣式氣墊來做為鞋面鑀衝吸震襯墊之研發雖己 於以往由本案創作發明人所首先設計,但前設計之鞋面氣 墊均為單氣墊式設計,且氣墊本體為二度空間之立體平面 設計,所以在實際使用上,單氣墊本身吸震緩衝能力,因 單只氣墊,且中空高度有限之前提下,造成吸震緩衝效果 有限之情況,同時二度空間的立體平面設計,對於要求貼 服性高的鞋面而言,則仍有不盡完美的缺憾;而若要能突 破單氣墊在有限高度情況下來產生柔軟舒適,又具有優異 的貼服性及高效能的缓衝吸震效果,則必須將氣墊結構在 有限空間下做突破性的研發,方能提供更好的鍰衝吸震能 力。 鑑此,本案發明人特予以設計、研發,而首先研製出 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 、1Τ 本紙張尺度逋用中國國家標率(CNS ) Α4规格(210X 297公釐) A7 _____B7五、發明説明(> ) 經濟部中央揉準局貞工消費合作社印製 本案「媛衝用子母氣墊」,該緩衝用子母氣墊式氣墊,係 可廣泛適用於鞋面的鞋舌、鞋領、及一切鞋具、運動用具 、護具……等等器具指定運用部位,舉凡K本案媛衝氣墊 之構造,運用於各式器具者,均靥本案發明之保障運用對 象,今本案以鞋舌為例予以說明,故並不因此侷限本案運 用對象僅此於此,特此聲明。 有闞本案「缓衝用子母氣墊」係包含有内、外兩個子 、母氣墊,其中内部的為子氣墊(2) *外部的為母氣墊⑴, 發明創作特徵如下所分述,請參閱附圖中: 第1圖:本案發明緩衝氣墊運用於鞋舌之實施例(一 )° 第2圖:第1圖之上視圖。 第3圖:第2圖之右視圖。 第4圖:第2圖之4_4剖面圖。 第5圖:第2圖之5_5剖面圖。 第6圖:本案發明媛衝氣墊運用於鞋舌之實施例(二 )° 第7圖:第6圖之上視圖。 第8圖:第6圖之右視圖。 第9圖:第7圖之9 一 9剖面圖。 第1 〇圖:第7圖之1 0 — 1 〇剖面圖。 第11圖:本案發明媛衝氣墊之不等壓充氣步驟。 第1 2圖:本案發明緩衝氣墊運用於鞋舌之實施例( 三)。 本紙張尺度逋用中國國家榡率(CNS ) A4规格(210 X 297公釐)^ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
T 訂 r 318139 at B7 五、發明説明(多) 經濟部中央橾準局負工消费合作社印製 第13圖:第12圖之上梘圖。 第14圖:第12圖之右視圖。 第1 5圖:第1 3圖之1 5 — 1 5剖面圖。 第16圖:第13圖之16—16剖面圖。 本案發明之「媛衝用子母氣墊」,因係使用於鞋面上 ,所以所要求的效能為優異的貼服性,及媛衝吸震效能, 係有別於一般鞋底用氣墊要求,所以其厚度較薄,氣墊表 面亦須具有服貼的曲弧面,亦既該媛衝氣墊的周邊鏤空圈 圍面積係小於氣墊的表面積,使氣墊的上下表面至少一面 或兩面為内凹弧拱形立體構狀,因此,請先參閲第1〜5 圖所示,本案緩衝氣墊係包含有一外部的母氣墊⑴,及至 少一個定位組合於母氣墊⑴内部的子氣墊(2),其中母氣墊 ⑴係為一可對合之夾式結構,於母氣墊⑴之上或下表面, 或上、下表面,設有内凹之凹穴(11)或凹線(12),當 然依設計亦可不設凹穴(11)或凹線(12)(如第12圖 一1 6圖所示),且該母氣墊⑴具有至少一側的開口,以 供另一子母氣墊⑵的置入組配,並予以封合密閉。 置於母氣墊⑴内的子氣墊⑵係為一具有高於母氣墊⑴ 内壓之充填內壓,於該子氣墊⑴上的至少一面或雙面設有 内凹之凹穴(21)或凹線(22),而該内凹之凹穴(21) 或凹線(22)之深度係較母氣墊⑴之凹穴(11) 、(12) 深度淺,而凹穴(21)或凹線(22)之寬度至少等於母氣 墊⑵之凹穴(11)、凹線(12)的外徑寬度者。 而子氣墊②置入母氣墊⑴内時,係可於子氣墊⑵表面 U----^-------^ II (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 f 本紙張尺度適用中國國家橾準(CNS ) A4規格(210 X 297公釐)j 五、發明説明(/) Α7 Β7 經濟部中央標準局貝工消费合作杜印製 貼附膠著層(3),使母氣墊⑴包覆子氣墊⑵時’母氣墊⑴裡 層與子氣墊⑵表層接觸部份均由該膠著層予以固定粘著, 而母氣蟄⑴周邊的開口,則予以熱封固定,進而構成一單 只氣墊厚度,但具有雙不等内壓之子母式氣墊。 請另參閲第6 — 9圖所示為另一實施例(二),其中 該母氣墊⑴與子氣墊⑵之彼此定位組配,係利用母氣墊⑴ 之凹穴(11)或凹線(12),塞入子氣墊⑵的對應凹穴( 21)或凹線(22)中,經子氣墊⑵内置壓力較高之膨脹來 夾置固定母氣墊⑴之凹穴(11)、凹線(12),進而直接 達到子母氣墊上下表面間的定位組合效用。 子母內外雙氣墊⑴、(2)的内置壓力係利用如氣墊⑴本 身預設之中空通道(10),供氣體充填入四周密封後之母 氣墊⑴内;而子氣墊(2)本身亦設有一中空通道(20),來 供氣體充填入子氣墊⑵中;於製造實施上,可先將充填有 内壓之子氣墊(2)置入母氣墊⑴中*再密封及充填母氣墊⑴ 之内壓;另外,亦可使子氣墊(2)的中空通道(20)與母氣 墊⑴的中空通道(10)大致同軸,此如第6 - 1 1圖所示 ,先由同軸的中空通道(10) 、(20)同時充填等壓於母 氣墊⑴及氣墊⑵中,並將母氣墊的中空通道(10)封閉, 使子母氣墊⑴、⑵仍由子氣墊⑵的中空通道(20)予以相 通,且彼此等壓,然後再夾壓母氣墊⑴,使母氣墊⑴内之 氣體受迫而充入未受壓置的子氣墊⑵中,使子氣墊(2)内壓 數值高於母氣墊⑴内壓數值*並將中空通道(10)連同中 空通道(20) —併再予Μ密封,進而完成内外不等壓之子 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 4°
本紙張尺度逋用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4规格(210Χ2.97公釐) 經濟部中央揉率局属工消费合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(<) 母氣墊,亦即外部母氣墊⑴内壓較小,故較軟;而子氣墊 (2)内壓較大,故較硬,在媛衝吸震效益上,假設原充入之 壓力值為20lb,於母氣墊⑴密封,而子母氣墊相通時,兩 者均為20lb內壓,當夾壓母氣墊⑴至母氣墊内表面接觸子 氣墊⑵外表面時,則母氣墊内之壓力約l〇Ib,而母氣墊另 有的101b則進入子氣墊⑵中,使子氣墊⑵内壓為301b,經 密封子氣墊(2),阻絕子母氣墊⑵内壓相通時,母氣墊⑴内 壓為101b,子氣墊⑵内壓則為301b ;於此同時,子氣墊⑵ 内壓雖為30lb,但子氣墊⑵本身材質及结構所受的壓力, 為内部的30lb減去外部母氣墊⑴籠罩的101b,所Μ子氣墊 ⑵本身结構所承受的壓力仍為起初的20lb壓力,故,在結 構上並無增加負擔,但是在内外子母氣墊媛衝吸震效果上 ,則具有外層柔軟舒適,及內層緩衝吸震的不等壓特殊緩 衝效能;而此不等壓緩衝吸震功效、單氣墊高度具雙氣墊 不等内壓之結構,以及壓力值高,但氣墊承受壓力低之特 殊高壓缓衝结構原理設計,則為時下一般所未曾擁有的發 明創作,於氣墊中所充填的氣體可為空氣或低滲透性大分 子氣體(如:S F6、C2F6...等),亦可為流體、半流 體、液體。 嗣而,本案「緩衝用子母氣墊」,不但子、母氣墊之 各氣墊表面為非平面之立體曲面,同時内外雙氣墊具備内 外雙不等壓之技術創作,及内壓高但氣墊结構承受壓力不 變之創新設計,在在均有效的提昇了氣墊的媛衝吸震能力 ,而其所具備的特徵亦為前所未有之新穎思想創作,確屬 一不可多得的發明改良創作者。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家揉準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -9

Claims (1)

  1. 318139 六、申請專利範圍 1、 一種媛衝用子母氣墊,於外部母氣墊的内部定位有另 一子氣墊,該母氣墊本體至少一面或雙面設有内凹的凹穴 或凹線;而至少一個設於母氣墊内的子氣墊本體,亦至少 一面或雙面設有内凹的凹穴或凹線;子氣墊表層與母氣塾 裡層間係K膠著層予Μ粘著固定。 2、 一種媛衝用子母氣墊,於外部母氣墊的內部設有一子 氣墊,該母氣墊本體至少一面或雙面設有内凹的凹六或凹 線,而設於母氣塾内的至少一個子氣墊本體,亦至少一面 或雙面設有内凹之凹穴或凹線;於母氣墊的至少一個Κ上 的凹穴或凹線,係對應塞置於子氣墊的相對至少一個Κ上 的凹穴或凹線内,藉子氣墊與母氣墊彼此內置壓力不等之 充填,而以對應之凹穴或凹線予Μ膨脹夾置固定組合者。 3、 一種媛衝用子母氣墊,於外部母氣墊的內部設有至少 一個子氣墊,且母氣墊本體具有一與外界相通的中空通道 ,而子氣墊本體具有一與母氣墊内部相通之中空通道,於 子母氣墊充填壓力時,係以一設定壓力值充入母氣墊及與 母氣墊相通之子氣墊中,並封閉母氣墊與外界相通的中空 通道,經夾壓母氣墊,使母氣墊壓扁一設定尺寸後,再封 閉子氣墊與母氣墊相通的子氣墊中空通道者。 經濟部中央標準"JM工消费合作社印褽 4、 依申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所述之媛衝用子母氣 墊,其中母氣墊於芋氣墊未置入時,母氣墊本體至少一側 邊或一側邊Μ上為供子氣墊置入組合的開口者。 5、 依申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所述之媛衝用子母氣 墊,其中子氣墊與母氣墊相通之中空通道係可大致與母氣 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準.(CNS 318139 六、申請專利範圍 墊的中空通道同軸。 6、 依申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所述之缓衝用子母氣 墊,其中子氣墊與母氣墊彼此內置壓力係不相同。 7、 依申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所述之緵衝用子母氣 墊,其中該媛衝氣墊係可運用於鞋面之鞋舌,鞋領及其他 鞋面指定運用部位之形狀,以及運動用具、護具、運動用 品者。 8、 依申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所述之媛衝用子母氣 墊,該緩衝氣墊的周邊鏤空圏圍面積係小於氣墊的表面積 ,使氣墊的上下表面至少一面或兩面為内凹弧拱形立體構 狀者。 (請先閲讀背面之注$項再填寫本頁).
