Abstract
The controller comprises a valve box opens on the top, a gas driving actuator having a stationary portion which is disposed on the valve box and affixed on the stationary portion and an actuation portion moved vertically by the flow in and out of the driving gas, a valve rod extending to the upper part of the valve box from the valve box and the top end is affixed at the actuation portion of actuator, and the valve disposed at the lower end of the valve rod. Bellows for sealing the lower end valve body is mounted between the valve rod and stationary portion of the actuator, and bellows for sealing the gas inside the actuator is mounted between the stationary portion of the actuator and the actuation portion thereof. And the closed space formed with valve rod, bellows for sealing the fluid inside the valve box, the stationary portion of actuator, bellows for sealing the gas inside the actuator and the actuation portion of the actuator is made vacuous. The pressure fluctuation inside the closed space caused by the environment temperature is extremely small as compared with the pressure of driving gas, consequently the rate of flow of the fluid does not change in accordance with the fluctuation of the environment temperature.
