Abstract

A process of seal grout by drill rod split-set rock gravel displacement corrugated steel bar, which comprises: (1) overhead: (a) drilling to the pre-specified depth by air pressure hole drilling; (b) installing the connector expansion blades in the hollow drill rod, pushing the blades into the hole for hole expansion (up-and-down rotation movement); (c) inserting corrugated steel bar to be screwed on the displacement drill rod of split-set blades in the hollow drill rod; (d) rotating the drill rod (in the reverse direction) to loosen the blade anchor head and retrieve the drill rod; (e) sealing the opening by the a slurry sealing machine (air infusion and sealing); (f) injecting cement slurry and after discharge of air inside the hole closing the discharge valve, followed by injecting cement slurry again, repeating the process until the cement slurry can no longer be injected, closing the cement slurry inlet valve; (g) after initial solidification of the cement slurry, dismantling the slurry sealing machine; (2) ordinary type (below water level): (a) drilling to the pre-specified depth by air pressure hole drilling; (b) installing the connector expansion blades in the hollow drill rod, pushing the blades into the hole for hole expansion; (c) inserting corrugated steel bar to connect the displacement drill rod of split-set blades; (d) injecting cement slurry while retrieving the drill rod or after retrieval of the drill rod dipping the cement infusion pipe into the anchor hole followed by cement infusion.
