Abstract

A production process for plastic roofing board, which comprises the steps of: (a) plastic molding, which comprises using plastic molding facility to mold plastic raw material into planar plastic sheet; (b) pressing process, which comprises using polished roller to press the planar plastic sheet from step (a) into a plastic sheet with specific geometry; (c) edge cutting, which comprises using a transport facility to transport the pressed plastic sheet from step (b) to a edge cutting machine to perform edge cutting processing on the side edges of the plastic roofing board followed by transporting the plastic roofing board to a drawing platform; (d) cutting flame-resistant surface layer, which comprises using a product cutter to cut the flame-resistant surface layer on the drawing platform and transporting the cut flame-resistant surface layer, together with the edge-cut plastic roofing board from step (c), through a molding conveyor to a spraying machine; (e) coating process, which comprises using a spraying machine to spray a layer of plastic foam material on the plastic roofing board from step (c) to form a foam layer to be sent to the surface lamination platform; (f) surface lamination, which comprises laminating a foam layer of coated plastic roofing board from step (e) with a layer of flame-resistant surface layer from step (d) through a lamination platform; (g) drying process, which comprises transporting the laminated plastic roofing board from step (f) into an electric tube heating box to undergo drying processing; (h) product cutting, which comprises transporting the dried plastic roofing board to a cutter to undergo product cutting process.
