Abstract
A production process of bicycle frame, which comprises: winding bicycle pipes, which comprises winding layers of carbon fiber composite material on a mandrel housed with an air bag, drawing out the mandrel and retaining the air bag in the carbon fiber composite material, in which one end of the air bag is sealed with certain length retained in the carbon fiber material and the other end of air bag extends slightly out of the carbon fiber composite material and the air bag is used to produce by winding the left and right rear upper breeches pipes, left and right rear lower breeches pipes and the pipe constructions of front upper pipe and front lower pipe; pre-molding, which comprises cutting the wound carbon fiber corresponding to the sealing end of the air bag into a slash to clamp the bicycle head pipe and the rear wheel hook, in which the bicycle head pipe and the rear wheel hook and the slash formed by the upper and lower pipes corresponding to the bicycle head pipe are wound from one side of bicycle head pipe to the other side so as to cause the two slashes joint into one body at the edge of bicycle head pipe, and the left and right lower upper and lower breeches pipes to clamp the outer edge of the corresponding edge of rear wheel hook, and a pre-molded shock absorber is inserted into the place of acute included angle formed by the pipes and the whole body is covered by an adhesive layer to form an un-solidified pre-molded structure; solidification of the pre-mold, which comprises placing the pre-molded structure into a small mold, in which the pre-molded structure is heated and air is blown into the structure though the openings on the air bags to form a dense and pressurized body; formation of middle pipe, which comprises winding carbon fiber composite material on a mandrel which is coated with mold releasing agent; assembly of elements, which comprises assembling the elements, middle pipe and five-way pipe to form an un-solidified assembly body; solidification, which comprises placing the whole body into a mold, whereby the whole body is heated and pressed to form a whole structure.
