Abstract
A printing method of color pattern on the steel plate and roll mainlyincludes three steps - coating, processing and multicolor printing by whichthe steel plate or roll has the shining burnish pattern and buckle resistant, paint non-falling, scrape resistant and friction resistant features. Thethree steps are: 1. coating: by immersing the washed steel plate or roll in the coating pooland plating a layer of even, smooth and shining ground on the surface ofsteel plate or roll; 2. processing: on the transfer plate, making the pattern which will be coated on the steel plate and painting color transparent ink on it; 3. multicolor printing: overlaying the transfer plate on the coated andclean steel plate or roll, then pressure sealing the transfer plate on thesteel plate or roll by pressurizing and heating to make the colortransparent ink of pattern sink into the surface ground of steel plateor roll.
