Abstract

A method of using steam-rinsing to reduce grease sticked to during the process of concentrating the natural animals or plants in essence, which successively comprises the following steps: 1. drawing out, which primarily drawing the quintessence from the natural animals or plants and then transferring that of quintessence into a concentrating equipment; 2. circulation, by use of vacuum pump pushing the quintessence within the evaporative pipe of concentrating equipment in circulation; 3. steam heating, by use of steam indirectly heating the quintessence separated by the evaporative pipe, so that the moisture within the quintessence may be evaporated as steam which be directly exhausted out by a vacuum exhauster and be cooled to reach dehydration of the quintessence. 4. feeding out, after the quintessence is concentrated as grease, then feeding the grease out from the concentrating equipment; the improvement which comprises: thereafter the steam heating step, further having a steam-rinsing step which primarily guiding additional high temperature, high pressure steam into the evaporative pipe of the concentrating equipment so as to rinse the grease sticked to the wall of the circulating pipe for preventing the evaporative pipe from blocking.
