Abstract
A method of making light cement concrete brick with high material strength, which consists in using solidifying agent (magnesuim oxide) 20%-50%, auxiliary solidifying agent (coal slag or powdered coal etc.) 20%-50%, transfer-character agent (active magnesium oxide or plaster, ferric chloride manganese oxide) 1%-3%, tempering agent (magnesuim chloride or magnesuim sulfate) 15%-35%, and stabilizing agent (blackening sodium phosphate) 0.5%-2% as raw materials, after grinding those above-mentioned raw materials and mixed those up, then added into water 30%-40% relative to the volume of above-mentioned mixed materials with rapidly stirring, and during stirring period some reinforced material (PP fibre or PS fibre, glass fibre) 1%-5% and gassing agent (powdered aluminum or sodium bicarbonate, hydrogen peroxide, surface active agent) 0.5%-2% are simultaneously added into, after evenly stirring the mixture above-mentioned, then pouring the mixture into a mold and waiting 2-4 hours for statical inflation to be bricks, subsequently stripping the bricks out of the mold and cutting the bricks into proper sizes, then stacking bricks out of the mold and cutting the bricks into proper sizes, then stacking bricks at depository for curing 5-10 days to completely form light cement concrete bricks.
